Prashant Patel, MD, is a board-certified pulmonary physician at Respacare in Bridgewater, New Jersey. He specializes in pulmonary care, critical care, and sleep medicine and works closely with patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, allergies, interstitial lung disease, and sleep apnea.
Dr. Patel earned his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in St. Michael, Barbados. He then completed medical education and training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now part of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences) in Newark, and Hackensack University Medical Center, also in New Jersey. Dr. Bashar Bargoty is a Pulmonologist in Knoxville, TN and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and Parkwest Medical Center. Dr. Bargoty enjoys teaching medical students and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. Outside of his busy practice, Dr. Bargoty likes to enjoy outdoor activities around Knoxville and the Smokey Mountains with his wife and two children.
