Frederick Tackey, MD, is a pulmonary and sleep medicine physician with over 25 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. At the Pulmonology & Sleep Center in Boynton Beach and Delray Beach, Florida, Dr. Tackey offers his patients a wide range of cutting-edge treatments for a number of different lung condition and lung treatments.

Dr. Luchsinger comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He graduated from Medical College of Wisconsin in 1987. Dr. Luchsinger completed Residency in 1990 at the University of Cincinnati and his Fellowship in 1995 at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD.  He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1990, Pulmonary Disease in 1994, Critical Care Medicine in 1995 and currently remains board certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Luchsinger is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society and the Tennessee Medical Association.

Dr. Cudzilo comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He graduated from University of Tennessee undergrad in 2003, and UT College of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Cudzilo completed both Residency in 2011 and his Fellowship in 2014 at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Paul practices pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine with StatCare. He graduated from Kottayam Medical College, Kerela, India. Dr. Paul completed his Residency at the New York Methodist hospital in 2000.  He then attended his Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship at The Penn State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA in 2003.  He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000, Pulmonary Medicine in 2003, Critical Care in 2004, Sleep Medicine in 2004 and currently remains board certified in these fields. 

Dr. Zulma Swank is a Pulmonologist in Knoxville, TN and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and Parkwest Medical Center. He completed his Critical Care Fellowship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, and his Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center at Bowling Green. Dr. Arabiat received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2018, Pulmonary Medicine in 2022, and Critical Care Medicine in 2020. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Dr. Pugh comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2010). He became a Doctor of Medicine in 2015 before completing both Residency and Fellowship at the University of Tennessee.
