
Luke Kervin
Chief Innovation Officer
Luke Kervin is Co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer for Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. In his role as CINO, Luke is primarily responsible for managing the process of innovation for the company. He identifies strategies, business opportunities, and new technologies, and then develops new capabilities and architectures with partners, new business models, and new industry structures to serve those opportunities.
In 2021, PatientPop, a leader in practice growth technology, merged with Kareo, a leader in cloud-based clinical and financial software. Luke was the Co-founder and Co-CEO of PatientPop, where he oversaw all aspects of strategy, operations, and product development. The company was the third successful business venture for Luke. He is passionate about leading the integrated innovation strategy for Tebra.
Prior to co-founding PatientPop, he co-founded and was the president of ShopNation, and was also the first executive hire at StarBrand Media. The businesses were acquired by Meredith Corporation and POPSUGAR, respectively.
Luke holds a business degree specializing in commerce and finance from the University of Toronto.

Dan Rodrigues
Chief Executive Officer
Dan Rodrigues is Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform formed in 2021 with the merger of Kareo and PatientPop.
Dan founded Kareo in 2004 with the vision of making medical billing easy for doctors and their staff. Today, Tebra helps over 100,000 healthcare providers run more efficient and profitable practices, while delivering outstanding patient care. Headquartered in Irvine and Los Angeles, California, Tebra has over 1,000 employees who are passionate about improving healthcare.
Prior to launching Kareo, Dan started creating technology for the healthcare industry in 2001 as a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Skematix, a software consulting firm based in Southern California. In the late 1990s, Dan was Co-founder and CEO of Scour, a very popular search engine for finding music and video files online used by more than 10 million consumers. Dan began his career as a software developer for RealNetworks and Visio.
Dan has been recognized in the The Healthcare Technology Report’s list of Top 50 CEOs in Healthcare IT, E&Y as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, Goldman Sachs as one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs, and the Software Report as a Top 50 SaaS CEO in the United States.
Dan holds a B.S. in computer science from University of California, Los Angeles. Born and raised in Orange County, Dan lives in Newport Beach with his wife and five young children.

Travis Schneider
Chief Corporate Development Officer
Travis Schneider is Co-founder and Chief Corporate Development Officer for Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. In his role, Travis oversees M&A and strategic partnerships for the organization.
In 2021, PatientPop, a leader in practice growth technology, merged with Kareo, a leader in cloud-based clinical and financial software. Travis was Co-founder and Co-CEO of PatientPop, where he oversaw all aspects of strategy, sales, and business development. He is enthusiastic about leading the integrated corporate development for Tebra.
Before co-founding the company, Travis co-founded and served as CEO of ShopNation. He also co-founded and served as CEO of StarBrand Media. The businesses were acquired by Meredith Corporation and POPSUGAR, respectively.
Travis holds an honors degree in business and economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is also a two-time recipient of the KPMG Enterprise Entrepreneur Award.

Kyle Ryan
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform, Kyle Ryan is responsible for all areas of technology with a focus on the vision and strategy for Tebra’s suite of products and services.
Kareo and PatientPop merged in late 2021 to form Tebra. Kyle had been with Kareo for more than four years as Chief Technology Officer and enthusiastically accepted the opportunity to oversee the integrated technology team at Tebra.
Kyle believes that great products are created through a keen customer focus, groundbreaking ideas, precise engineering, and efficient execution. Whether leading a global organization or a small pocket of talented technologists, Kyle strives to engage and empower the people around him and believes that inspiration and a healthy dose of constructive dissatisfaction are keys to successful products and technology innovation.
Prior to joining Kareo, Kyle was Vice President of Product Development for Intuit’s Consumer Tax Group and oversaw the product and technology development of TurboTax, a multi-billion-dollar DIY tax preparation software solution. There he oversaw a global organization driving advancements in technology and customer experience innovation.
Prior to Intuit, Kyle was Vice President of Technology for Sony Online Entertainment, a division of Sony Computer Entertainment’s console and PC gaming development. During his 14 years with Sony, Kyle led the development of and brought to market many products. He also defined and directed the creation of a reusable game engine to streamline the product development lifecycle, enabling faster time to market and dramatic development cost reductions. Kyle also spent some time as a private equity consultant with PwC, working closely with PE Firms to make intelligent technology investments.
Kyle graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a B.S. in computer engineering. As a Southern California native, Kyle enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with family.

Dave Justus
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform, Dave Justus uses his extensive experience as a proven leader to help build and grow the business. He is responsible for Tebra’s financial departments, including finance and accounting.
Kareo and PatientPop merged in late 2021 to form Tebra. Dave had been with Kareo for more than three years as Chief Financial Officer and was excited to lead the integrated finance team.
Prior to Kareo, Dave led the exit readiness and execution for four successful M&A events of SaaS companies to top-tier private equity firms and strategic investors. In the last exit, Avetta sold for over $500 million after Dave transformed its financial profile and increased its valuation by 5x.
Dave’s career experience includes over 15 years in C-level positions with a broad range of hands-on operational roles beyond traditional CFO roles, including M&A, strategy, legislative, legal, and human resources functions. Additionally, Dave served as strategic thought partner to five different entrepreneurial CEOs and four different venture capital and private equity boards.
After three CFOs in four years, Dave was brought on board at Avetta to resolve foundational system, process, and people issues in order to position the company for scalable growth and a sell-side exit. Dave transformed its resource allocation strategy, putting the company on a long-term path of sustained profitability while maximizing earnings under Rule of 40; built strategic partnerships; established a buy-side M&A team and strategy; rebuilt the finance, accounting, and billing operations teams; restructured HR; and drove M&A exit readiness for a sell-side transaction that achieved a record valuation in a sale to two top-tier private equity firms.
Dave’s time at The Retail Equation (TRE) included the tough economic conditions of the recession, requiring prudent fiscal planning and management to ensure TRE remained profitable. For more than 11 years, Dave advised the CEO and board, and served as the number-two executive while driving 10x enterprise value growth through two M&A exits.

Kevin Marasco
Chief Marketing Officer
Kevin Marasco is Chief Marketing Officer for Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. Kevin joined Tebra in July 2022 and leads all aspects of the organization’s marketing programs.
Kevin brings over two decades of high-growth marketing leadership experience. Most recently he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Zenefits, where he led a major go-to-market transformation that included a company rebranding and repositioning, a shift to organic marketing channels, and launch of a product-led growth motion.
Previously, Kevin served as Chief Marketing Officer at HireVue, where he helped the company define a new category and grow from 10% to more than 40% market share, while increasing revenue by over 4,000%. Prior to that, he held senior marketing positions at Taleo (acquired by Oracle) and Vurv Technology.
Kevin holds a business degree from the University of North Florida. He currently resides in Florida with his wife and two children. He is an avid runner and has participated in numerous ultramarathons throughout the United States.

Olivia Zhao
Chief of Staff
Olivia Zhao is Chief of Staff for Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop merged to form Tebra and Olivia enthusiastically accepted the opportunity to advance the company’s strategic priorities. Olivia joined Kareo in 2020 as Vice President of Business Enablement.
As Chief of Staff, Olivia works closely with the executive team to develop and implement the company strategy. She plays a critical role in establishing and managing key operational processes such as strategic planning and quarterly business reviews. Olivia has significant experience in both corporate and consulting environments. She is an authentic, strategic, and innovative leader with proven success in a variety of business and technical roles. This includes producing tangible results in organic and inorganic growth, sales and marketing effectiveness, operations, and product management.
Prior to joining Tebra, Olivia was a consultant at Blue Ridge Partners for five years, advising mid-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies on accelerating profitable growth. It was there that she developed her passion for strategy development and execution. Prior to that, she was with St. Jude Medical, where she was instrumental in multiple launches of the company’s remote monitoring system for pacemakers and implantable cardiac defibrillators (ICD).
Olivia holds double bachelor of science degrees in computer science and biology from University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition, she has a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from University of California, Los Angeles, as well as an MBA from Yale School of Management.
Olivia currently resides in Irvine with her husband and two children, and when she’s not focused on problem-solving for Tebra, she enjoys traveling to new places with her family.

Faiza Hughell
Chief Revenue Officer
Faiza Hughell is Chief Revenue Officer at Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop merged to form Tebra. Faiza joined Tebra in 2022 to lead the sales, account management, and channel organizations driving customer and revenue growth across all customer segments.
Faiza brings over two decades of leadership experience empowering customers and teams. Most recently she served as Chief Customer Officer at RingCentral. Prior to that, she was SVP of SMB where her strategic oversight of sales and execution was a critical driver of the organization’s SMB business growth from $23 million to over $1 billion in annual recurring revenue. She also helped RingCentral complete a successful IPO in 2013, and scaled and optimized its sales team. Prior to that, Faiza spent almost 10 years at Cisco WebEx, where she built the small business and sales development teams globally.
Faiza has received notable awards, and among them was named to the 2021 Software Report Top 50 Women in SaaS and the 2021 Modern Sales Collective Top 100 Global Sales Leaders. She regularly supports various charities that provide resources to battered women by offering job training and interview skills training, using her business prowess to help others along their journey to success.
Faiza currently resides in San Ramon, CA, with her family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and being outdoors.

Andrea Kowalski
SVP of Products
Andrea Kowalski is Senior Vice President of Products at Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop merged to form Tebra and Andrea enthusiastically accepted the opportunity to oversee the integrated Tebra product team. Andrea joined Kareo in 2018.
As Senior Vice President of Products, Andrea leads the product and integrated platform strategy, oversees the entire product lifecycle, and drives forward with delivering customer-focused solutions. Andrea demonstrates passion for healthcare, product management, and the Tebra mission. She has significant knowledge of product management, healthcare technology, and clinical workflows. She also understands the market, customers, and products.
In 2020, she spearheaded the development of Kareo’s integrated telehealth solution and helped to increase provider adoption by 40%. During her time at Kareo, and also critical while navigating COVID-19, she led the team to strengthen and expand the platform’s EHR to better support mental health care. Across the Tebra platform, Andrea is passionate about improving the consumer experience within healthcare and helping independent practices thrive as businesses while delivering quality care.
Prior to Tebra, Andrea was at athenahealth for eight years, where she advanced their clinical product for the ambulatory and hospital market. Prior to athenahealth, she was at Citigroup and developed innovative electronic trading solutions.
She holds a bachelor of science degree from Boston University and an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Andrea is also a founding member of Chief, a national organization that promotes and supports women in leadership positions. Andrea currently lives in Boston, and when she’s not focused on improving the healthcare industry, she’s traveling and exploring new wine regions.

Tanya Earles
SVP of Customer Success
Tanya Earles is Senior Vice President of Customer Success for Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. With over 20 years in customer service and operations, Tanya is a transformation cultivator whose customer-centric approach drives business outcomes and company values. In her role at Tebra, she leads the customer engagement and experience team.
She has been instrumental in driving a customer centric culture and helping Tebra scale profitably through the launch of leading technology partners such as InContact, GainSight, and InMoment. She has direct responsibility for all post-sales customer success teams including, onboarding, data services and insights, customer experience, customer support, professional services, and Tebra Customer University.
Prior to the merger of Kareo and PatientPop to form Tebra in 2021, Tanya was Senior Vice President of Customer Success for Kareo for more than three years.
Before Kareo, Tanya worked for large corporations like Experian and Comcast. At Experian, she developed and led the integration and implementation of all new programs, products, and technologies into the customer engagement ecosystem including 2,000 employees and five to seven brick-and-mortar sites. At Comcast, she held a variety of senior positions, including leading the customer care department that served more than one million customers and had a staff of more than 1,500 employees.
Though Tanya understands the art of the possible, she’s a visionary who knows how to successfully create a high-performing team that delivers on that vision. With a keen focus on people, she understands that companies cannot accomplish goals without providing an environment where employees can thrive.
Tanya is a founding member of Chief, an organization which empowers women in executive leadership roles. Tanya is also a regular guest speaker on customer experience for Consero, which connects leaders in this function to discuss opportunities and challenges as they develop strategies for success.

Amanda Piwonka
SVP of People
As Senior Vice President of People for Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform, Amanda Piwonka empowers Tebra’s people and aligns personal achievement to company objectives to drive results, accountability, and growth. In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop merged to form Tebra and Amanda eagerly accepted the opportunity to oversee people and culture. Amanda joined Kareo in 2015 as Vice President of Human Resources.
At Tebra, Amanda brings extensive knowledge in leadership development, compensation and benefits design, talent management, and people process and system design. She is especially passionate about building people-centered programs that focus on the employees who develop and drive a customer-centric culture. This allows employees to drive customer success and ultimately Tebra’s success.
Prior to joining Kareo, Amanda led human resources for the America’s division of Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ). While there, she standardized processes to optimize the people function and deliver a best-in-class employee experience and also developed short-term incentive programs that focused on driving year-over-year profit margin growth.
As Head of Human Resources for Newmark Knight Frank, Amanda was instrumental in the merger of Newmark Knight Frank and Grubb & Ellis. She led the integration of the two companies from a people perspective, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, payroll, and systems and talent management. Amanda focused on efficiencies and drove a total of over $10M in cost reduction based on the system and process integrations. Earlier in her career, Amanda also held human resource leadership positions at Lennar, Corp and CBRE.
Amanda holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.

Colin Morris
General Counsel
Colin Morris is General Counsel for Tebra, a leading cloud-based healthcare technology platform. As the head of the legal team at Tebra, Colin is responsible for developing and leading the legal and compliance functions. Colin helps guide the company through a wide variety of complex corporate and regulatory matters in the heavily regulated healthcare and financial technology industries.
In 2021, Kareo and PatientPop merged to form Tebra and Colin was named the general counsel to oversee the company’s corporate legal and compliance functions. Colin joined PatientPop in 2020 as General Counsel.
Colin brings more than 20 years of experience to Tebra, including as a public company general counsel and as corporate securities attorney at international law firms representing public and private technology companies.
Colin holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a juris doctor from the University of California at Berkeley.
