Beth is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and the National Association of Detox Acupuncture. Medzdabe Desravines (Medz) started his journey in Traditional Chinese Medicine after his beloved 97-year-old grandmother passed from complications of multiple hip and femur fractures. He decided then that he wanted to help loved ones with their health issues where Western medicine could not.

Medz graduated with a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is licensed in acupuncture in New York State. His major area of treatment
is pain management.

Medz uses a variety of acupuncture systems when treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, rendering immediate pain reduction in his patients. Dr. Hillenbrand studied with world-renowned teachers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists and osteopaths and has received training in such modalities as manual lymphatic drainage, zero balancing and trigger neuromuscular and myofascial therapies. He is one of the few chiropractors and acupuncturists who have received both extensive manual therapy training and worked in hospital settings including Clifton Springs Hospital and the Rochester VA Medical Center. Dr. Hillenbrand also teaches part-time at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Moreover, he has designed course content for classes such as Yoga in a Chiropractic Setting and Advanced Myofascial Techniques for New York Chiropractic College. He also teaches continued education courses in orthopedic acupuncture and anatomy and physiology. In his spare time Dr. Hillenbrand enjoys hiking, practicing yoga and Aikido. Dr. Cai is a licensed Acupuncturist in the State of New York and New Jersey by the NCCAOM. He is practicing in Brooklyn with several locations: BensonHurst and Sheepshead Bay.
