Roberto Sirven was born in Cuba and migrated to the US as a child. He graduated High School at Miami Sr. High School and went to the University of Miami as a pre-med student. He received a medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Centro America. Roberto later pursued a Masters in Nurse Practitioner at Florida International University and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Roberto joined Sirven and Associates in 2013 where he and Dr. Viviana Sirven take pride in tailoring patient care to both pediatric and adult population.
Dr. Frick has been practicing allergy and immunology since 1988. He completed his undergraduate work at Southern Illinois University - Carbondale, graduating with highest honors. He attended medical school at Southern Illinois University where he received his doctorate degree. Upon graduating from medical school he completed a pediatric residency at University of Missouri - Columbia in 1986 and subsequently a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1988. He was certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology in 1989 and is an active member of the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology. The scope of his practice spans all areas of adult and pediatric allergic disorders including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, eosinophilic esophagitis, alpha gal, eczema, hives, drug allergy, stinging insect allergy, and use of biologics for a variety of conditions. Born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Wong was a three-sport athlete and musician in high-school. He moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to study Computer Science and Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California. After graduating from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the LAC+USC Medical Center, and he was honored as Senior Resident of the Year during his final year. After residency, Dr. Wong stayed at LAC+USC for his fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology.
On a personal note, Dr. Wong is married to his high-school sweetheart, Lindsay. They spend their spare time with their daughter and miniature dachshund. They enjoy hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
Dr. Wong takes a very personal approach to his patient care, developing a close rapport with all his patients in this small boutique-style practice. His training at the Los Angeles County Hospital has made him an extremely thorough and experienced physician, providing the highest quality evidence-based treatment. Among Dr. Botta’s areas of expertise are treating aspirin and other medicine desensitization, as well as bullous skin disorders, a rare type of autoimmune skin disease.
