Hussein Azzam, MD, is a board-certified allergy and immunology physician at Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology Center, serving people of all ages at two locations in Livonia and Lathrup Village, Michigan.
Dr. Azzam was born and raised in Syria. He earned his medical degree from the University of Damascus in Damascus, Syria, and moved to the United States shortly thereafter.
Before entering private practice, Dr. Azzam completed a pediatric residency at St. Joseph Mercy and Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He also participated in a fellowship in allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Rao S. Botta, MD, is an allergy and immunology specialist and an integral member of the team at the Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology Center, which has locations in Flint, Midland, and Owasso, Michigan. He takes great pride in assisting patients to reach new heights in health and wellness.
Dr. Botta earned his medical degree from Andhra Medical College in Visakhapatnam, India. Upon arriving in the United States, he completed an internship and residency at Hurley Medical Center – Graduate Medical Education and Research in Flint, Michigan, and fellowship training at the University of Iowa Healthcare in Iowa City.
Among Dr. Botta’s areas of expertise are treating aspirin and other medicine desensitization, as well as bullous skin disorders, a rare type of autoimmune skin disease. He enjoys working with both children and adults and finds great reward in helping those in his care set and achieve treatment goals.
A proud member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, Dr. Botta strives to remain on the cutting edge of advancements within his field of practice. Suresh Anne, MD, brings a wealth of experience to his role at the Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology Center in Flint, Midland, and Lapeer, Michigan. A deeply caring and compassionate provider, Dr. Anne takes time to get to know the patients who entrust them with their care.
Education has always shaped Dr. Anne’s path. He earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences in Andhra Pradesh, India. He then came to the United States and completed residencies at Michigan State University in East Lansing and State University of New York at Buffalo.
Some areas in which Dr. Anne excels include diagnosing and identifying immune deficiency disorders, including hereditary angioedema, as well as treating drug desensitization and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) treatment. He enjoys the challenges of examining a diverse set of symptoms and reaching an accurate diagnosis.
Patients who work with Dr. Anne appreciate his attention to detail and unrushed nature. He takes time to answer questions and listen to concerns, ensuring patients always feel that they are receiving highly customized care.

Jean Hanley M.D., FACAAI, is a board-certified allergy, asthma, and immunology specialist at the Allergy and Asthma Treatment Center in Glendale, California. Her practice focus is the treatment of allergic diseases. Dr. Hanley is a native of Los Angeles and earned her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her pediatrics residency was completed at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center followed by a subspecialty fellowship in allergy, asthma, and immunology at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
As an allergist at the University of Southern California, she implemented the national Breathmobile Program, a comprehensive, mobile allergy and asthma clinic treating medically-underserved children at their schools within Los Angeles Unified School District and adults at Los Angeles Comprehensive Community Health Centers. She was awarded Physician of the Year by the Allergy and Asthma Foundation of America for her work.

She is a native Texan who completed her undergraduate training at The University of Texas at Austin. She attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Long Island, New York. She chose a career path toward allergy by first completing a three-year internal medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. While a resident, she received several awards for her research on the effects of beta-blockers on patients with asthma and COPD. During this time, she also presented on the national level a new subclass of atypical acquired cold urticaria. Having several family members who suffered from allergies, Dr. Gomez Dinger was drawn to further study the specialty of allergy and immunology. She went on to complete a two-year subspecialty fellowship in the field of allergy and immunology at Kaiser Permanente Southern California Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. In 2008, Dr. Gomez Dinger’s research on the relationship of long-acting beta-agonists to asthma morbidity and mortality was selected as a featured poster for presentation at the National Meeting of the American Academy of Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology.
