Patricia Gomez Dinger, DO, is a board-certified allergist with her own private practice – Advanced Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology Center PA - Dr. Patricia Gomez Dinger – in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio and Schertz, Texas.

She is a native Texan who completed her undergraduate training at The University of Texas at Austin. She attended medical school at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Long Island, New York. She chose a career path toward allergy by first completing a three-year internal medicine residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. While a resident, she received several awards for her research on the effects of beta-blockers on patients with asthma and COPD. During this time, she also presented on the national level a new subclass of atypical acquired cold urticaria. Having several family members who suffered from allergies, Dr. Gomez Dinger was drawn to further study the specialty of allergy and immunology. Roberto Sirven was born in Cuba and migrated to the US as a child. He graduated High School at Miami Sr. High School and went to the University of Miami as a pre-med student. He received a medical degree from Universidad Autonoma de Centro America. Roberto later pursued a Masters in Nurse Practitioner at Florida International University and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Roberto joined Sirven and Associates in 2013 where he and Dr. Viviana Sirven take pride in tailoring patient care to both pediatric and adult population.

Born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Wong was a three-sport athlete and musician in high-school.  He moved to Los Angeles in 2001 to study Computer Science and Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California.  After graduating from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at the LAC+USC Medical Center, and he was honored as Senior Resident of the Year during his final year.  After residency, Dr. Wong stayed at LAC+USC for his fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology.

On a personal note, Dr. Wong is married to his high-school sweetheart, Lindsay.  They spend their spare time with their two daughters and miniature dachshund.  When they are not taxiing the kids to soccer and ninja warrior practice, they enjoy hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

Dr. Wong takes a very personal approach to his patient care, developing a close rapport with all his patients in this small boutique-style practice.  His training at the Los Angeles County Hospital has made him an extremely thorough and experienced physician, providing the highest quality evidence-based treatment.  He is especially adept at the management of difficult-to-treat asthma, allergic rhinitis, eczema, and sinus disease.  He is also well-versed in the most current literature and treatment guidelines for food allergies, drug allergies, immunodeficiencies, urticaria, contact dermatitis, and other skin allergies.
