Dr. Azad came to the practice in 2018 from the Cleveland Clinic located in Weston, Florida. During his time there, he served as the Chief Cardiology Fellow and completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease. Dr. Azad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Medical School.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Adult Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is also board eligible in Vascular Ultrasound and Cardiac CT. Dr. Azad is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography, and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. Azad brings many years of training and experience as a cardiologist specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of all cardiac disease. His special interests include aortic disease, valvular heart disease, congestive heart failure, and preventative cardiology.

Dr. Baily has joined us from Pinnacle Health Cardiovascular Institute located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois where he originally met and trained under Dr. Talano. Dr. Baily completed his Residency and Fellowship, Research Fellowship and Chief Fellowship training at Penn State University Hospital in Hershey, Pennsylvania and his teaching appointments include the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State University Hospital.
After completing his training he was appointed Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology and has published several peer reviewed articles in the field of integrative physiology during his tenure at the Pennsylvania State University Hospital. He later served as the Chief of Cardiology, Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania for more than a decade and was also elected Chairman of the Medical Executive Board for Holy Spirit Hospital.
Dr. Baily is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American Heart Association Council on Clinical Cardiology and a member of the American Society of Echocardiography.

Andrew Yin, MD, joined Naples Heart Rhythm Specialists, P.A., in 2013 and became a partner in 2017. He welcomes patients needing cardiac care at three offices in Naples, Florida. Dr. Yin has extensive experience in all aspects of cardiovascular disease, with specialization in the full range of heart arrhythmias.
Dr. Yin earned his undergraduate degree in molecular biology at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. After relocating to New York City, he spent two years studying the natural progression of valvular heart disease and received his medical degree at the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn, New York.
He continued his education at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he completed his residency and two fellowships: one in general cardiology and the other in cardiac electrophysiology. His intensive training included all aspects of cardiac arrhythmia management, including electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, atrial fibrillation, pacemakers, and ICD therapies.
Dr. Yin is board certified in cardiac electrophysiology, internal medicine, and cardiovascular diseases, and he’s a Testamur of the National Board of Echocardiography. He has coauthored seven scientific papers, one book chapter, and eight abstracts in the field of cardiovascular diseases.

Ryan Houk, MD, provides exceptional cardiac care at Naples Heart Rhythm Specialists, P.A., where he welcomes patients at three offices in Naples, Florida. Along with his expertise in coronary artery disease, chest pain, and heart arrhythmias, including less-common disorders such as supraventricular tachycardia, he has a special interest in echocardiography and nuclear imaging. A native of Freeport, Long Island, New York, Kenneth Webb Plunkitt moved to Florida while in his teens. He graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1993 and subsequently completed his Internal Medicine residency and General Cardiology fellowship at the University of South Florida-affiliated hospitals and clinics in Tampa, Florida.
Dr. Plunkitt accepted a two-year fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology with the Jefferson University program at the Lankenau campus in the Mainline, Philadelphia. This intensive training experience included all aspects of cardiac arrhythmia management including pharmacologic management of cardiac arrhythmias, ablation techniques, pacemaker, and defibrillator implantation as well as laser lead extraction.
Following his training, Dr. Plunkitt returned to Florida in 2001 to establish a private practice explicitly limited to Cardiac Electrophysiology. He then founded Naples Heart Rhythm Specialists, P.A. in 2007 and quickly accomplished his goal of creating a center of excellence for Cardiac Electrophysiology in southwest Florida. He currently maintains this consultative practice with an emphasis on device implantation and interventional arrhythmia management.
