Abby is a board certified Adult and Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is originally from Tennessee and graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2014 with her Masters of Science in Nursing. She subsequently was accepted into a Fellowship Program with Atrium Healthcare Systems in Charlotte, NC where she completed a fellowship in Internal Medicine. Abby practiced Internal Medicine for 6 years in Monroe, NC before deciding that her passion in medicine lies within the specialty of Cardiac and Vascular care. Upon relocating to Fresno, CA in 2020 she accepted a position here at Heart, Artery, and Vein Center. She is grateful to have the opportunity to provide excellent medical care to our patients alongside Dr. Srivatsa and John Kelly, NP. Abby is primarily located at the Heart, Artery, and Vein Center location in Madera. Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending free time with her husband and their dog. She also enjoys hiking, gardening, and wood working on the weekends.
John R Kelly FNP is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an expansive clinical background ranging over thirty years. Mr. Kelly received his Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 1999 from California State University, Fresno. His initial residency was completed at Neurosurgical Associates in Fresno, Ca. Mr. Kelly has extensive practical experience as a First Surgical Assistant in several areas including Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, General and Plastic Surgery. Clinical practice areas include Urgent Care Clinic specializing in acute injury management and out-patient Cardiology diagnosis, treatment and management of both acute and chronic cardiovascular disease.
Sanjay Srivatsa, MD, is a board-certified physician in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, phlebology, and endovascular medicine at Heart, Artery, and Vein Center in Fresno and Madera, California. With over 35 years of experience, Dr. Srivatsa has treated a broad spectrum of heart, artery, and vein conditions.
Dr. Srivatsa graduated from the University of Cambridge’s School of Clinical Medicine in the United Kingdom, and completed his residency programs through Mayo Clinic.
At Heart, Artery, and Vein Center, Dr. Srivatsa’s approach to care focuses on whole-body wellness. Every patient that comes into his office is given the personalized care and consideration they deserve.
