“I have been a patient of Dr. Swarup for over a decade. Three years ago I began noticing changes in the call center and office staff. In 2025 and 2026 the office staff messed up on my authorization for an echocardiogram both have taken four months to resolve and both times I had to make 50+ calls to call center, office staff, and my health insurance to piece together answers. I am disappointed in Dr. Swarup I have talk to him about it a few times and he comes off dismissive and listens to respond (not to understand) even tries to play the victim to avoid accountability with his terrible call center and office staff! The only reason I have put up with this staff is because they have a good group of cardiologists. But after this 2026 issue I am done being treated poorly by this administrative staff so after I get my echocardiogram done I will seek out another cardiology office.”
