Hello, my name is Dr. Jayesh Patel. I am a New York State Board certified licensed chiropractor and a graduate of New York Chiropractic College. I first became interested in Chiropractic when it dramatically helped my mother recover from lower back pain resulting from herniated discs. I was amazed at what chiropractic did for my mother that her regular physician could not do. It was at that moment when I decided to pursue a career as a Chiropractor.
Since graduating from Chiropractic College I have worked in close relationships with medical doctors, physical therapists and neurologists gaining valuable experience and knowledge. I have experience practicing in diversified chiropractic techniques, various modalities, and performing and interpreting diagnostic tests.
I spent my childhood growing up in Bohemia, New York. and graduated from Connetquot High School in 1996. In 2000, I received my Bachelors of Science from SUNY Stony Brook. Currently, my wife and I reside in Blue Point, New York. I am totally committed to serving the people of my community with excellent chiropractic care. I encourage anybody who has been suffering from neck or back pain to browse our web site or give us a call with any questions that you may have.

Corey Skinner, DC, is a highly skilled and discerning chiropractor serving East Dallas, Texas, and its surrounding communities. Dr. Skinner graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic (in Iowa) in 2005. He brings over 10 years of experience and a unique treatment approach to Action Chiropractic.
Many seemingly unrelated symptoms often stem from imbalances in the spinal column, and rather than merely treating symptoms, Dr. Skinner understands that true healing means digging beneath the surface and looking for the root cause of pain and discomfort. When health issues are eliminated at the source, patients see lasting improvement in their overall well-being. Dr. Skinner calls this the “whole person” approach, and its led his patients to report overall health improvements that go above and beyond the typical boundaries of chiropractic care.
In utilizing his “whole person” approach, Dr. Skinner creates a personalized chiropractic and wellness plan to suit each of his patients’ individual needs. And unlike most chiropractors, Dr. Skinner employs progressive exercise and muscle therapy in addition to chiropractic care.
Action Chiropractic specializes in treating patients who’ve suffered injuries from automobile accidents and patients who are experiencing chronic pain. Dr. Skinner has post-doctoral credentials in injury/trauma care, which makes him an expert in the treatment of motor vehicle injuries. Dr. Skinner also has an extensive referral network of medical doctors including pain management specialists, neurologists, orthopedic specialists, and neuropsychologists who’ll work closely with Dr. Skinner on your care to be certain you’re getting the best and most appropriate treatment available for your specific injuries.
While Action Chiropractic’s approach is all natural, meaning no drugs or surgery, Dr. Skinner understands that in some cases, especially when there’s trauma involved, having medical specialists to aid in your recovery can be crucial.
Dr. Skinner and staff provide a fun and attentive environment where you’ll instantly feel like a part of the family.
If you want to improve your overall health and wellness, whether that be eliminating chronic back or neck pain, pain from automobile injuries or just wanting to wake up feeling better in the morning, call Action Chiropractic or book an appointment online today.
