I believe in a holistic and collaborative approach to the therapeutic process. I have found this to be an effective approach to treatment for any presenting concerns or problematic symptoms contributing to client distress. The therapeutic role is to create a safe space where clients can feel heard, validated and address their concerns openly in an unbiased, judgement free environment. I am passionately dedicated to providing guidance and/or assistance to any and all clients with compassion and empathy. Healing begins with you; My role is to bear witness and act as a guide, when necessary, as you find pathways to profound and meaningful insights into your own experiences. We all have stories filled with joy and sorrow, delight and despair, however healing is often found in a process of our own validated expressions.
