Kerry Jessup, LPC, ATR-BC is a therapist with advanced training in EMDR and art therapy who has worked in the field of mental health for nearly a decade. Kerry works with ages 18+ and specializes in working with young adults in their late teens, 20s, and early 30s. She offers in-office and telehealth sessions.
Young adulthood is about discovering who you are through major decisions in your relationships, education, and career. It is a critical time when you establish lifelong habits to optimize health and identify passions that drive and define you. Kerry plays an active role in therapy and challenges clients to closely examine negative patterns in thoughts and behaviors that are holding them back. She works best with motivated clients who are ready to do the hard work in and outside of therapy sessions. Therapy will be goal-oriented to ensure you are making the improvements and changes you want to see in your life.
With lived experience as a queer therapist, Kerry enjoys working with LGBTQ+ clients, including individuals who are questioning their sexual orientation or gender assigned at birth. For those interested in trauma work, EMDR is a highly effective treatment which can be delivered in-person or virtually. No prior experience in the arts is required for art therapy. This modality allows clients to use a visual language to externalize memories and emotions that cannot adequately be described with words. Kerry also has a background as a yoga instructor and is proficient in teaching breathwork, mindfulness, and grounding techniques to manage stress and anxiety.
In her spare time Kerry enjoys yoga, thrifting, interior design and decorating, and spending time with her two cats and dozens of houseplants.

Growing up I was often called Geek or Nerd because I loved Harry Potter, video games, comic books, and running around with a tree branch in my hand and a sheet wrapped around me like cloak pretending to cast spells to defend Hogwarts! In short, I was and still am a nerd with a vivid imagination! I strongly believe that everyone is a Nerd about something, and I strive to bring that into the therapeutic space. To me, being a nerd is to have passion, imagination, and connection to something that makes you feel authentically you.
As a Therapist I specialize in Children and Teens, Trauma, and Groups. I have been trained in Play Therapy, TF-CBT, and Narrative Therapy. Collaboratively, I empower my clients to become the author of their own story and write a narrative of connection, authenticity, imagination, and passion no matter what comes. Every story ever written started by putting pen to paper, I look forward to writing this story with you one page at a time.
I am Jade Williams, and I am so glad you're here. I am an LPCC with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals navigate life's ups and downs, and I am here to offer you a warm and inviting space to explore your inner world. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for your unique journey. I strive to provide my clients with tools and insights to become the best version of themselves. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, I am here to walk alongside you, providing support and guidance every step of the way. Together we will work towards healing and growth, helping you discover your inner strength and resilience. I am excited to be a part of your journey towards a brighter, more fulfilling life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addictions Counselor. I started my journey in the field of psychology at the University of Minnesota, Morris where I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Studio Art. I continued on my path towards becoming a therapist by moving to Colorado where I obtained my master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Denver.
I have called Colorado my home now for the last 10 years and love the sunshine, the people and exploring the mountains. In my free time I enjoy hiking, playing soccer, reading, drawing, spending time with family, friends and my cat.
I have worked as a therapist in a variety of different settings and have found that the first key component to this process is developing a strong therapeutic relationship. I aim to collaboratively build mutual trust and authenticity to support you on your journey as you navigate hardships and work towards living the life you want to live.
As both a client and counselor, I know how important it is to be in therapy with someone you trust. I'd be honored to create a meaningful and insightful therapeutic relationship with you. I work with young adults and teens who strive to learn about things like depression, anxiety, authentic identity establishment, self-harm, suicide prevention, LGBTQ+ concerns, and more.
I counsel with a collaborative and existential approach. In other words, I use my genuine curiosity to learn about what gives your life meaning. While we're on this road together, you're in the driver's seat; I'll work alongside you to help utilize your strengths and find clarity as we look through the past, focus on the present, and head into the future.
I'm in awe of the unique strengths and differences people bring to sessions. I can't wait to see what makes you, you.
Geographically I have lived throughout the U.S. I have also lived through cultural and social changes that parallel and surpass those we are currently experiencing. My education includes anthropology, accounting, and counseling. Professionally I have worked with hospice, taught at a junior college, 35 years in the business world, and now focus my passions in counseling. My varied experiences have taught me two critical lessons - the importance of the individual's voice and the strength of the individual.
I am drawn to working with trauma, depression, anxiety, issues of relationship (people, appearance, LGBTQ+), life transitions, and simple navigation of life's daily challenges. We not only address the challenges but seek to understand the "why" of various tools, resources, and approaches. You live your life outside of the therapy session and deserve to have the skills to do so successfully.
Do you find yourself caught in a relentless cycle of overthinking, leaving you drained and overwhelmed by the simplest interactions? Have you become adept at fading into the background to escape the panic and dread, yet long to reclaim your true self? Does constant worry hinder your ability to form meaningful connections, leaving you feeling isolated and exhausted? It's time to break free from the grip of anxiety and reclaim your life. I'm here to help you escape the cycle and rediscover your true self.
I offer a safe space where you can freely explore the emotions and burdens weighing you down. I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety, burn out, and depression. Together, we'll find coping mechanisms and emotional regulation techniques to foster a sense of security as we explore your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.
