Dr. Chhabra was born in India and grew up in Bombay. He moved to the US in 1986 at age 13. He made lots of friends in LA, often while enjoying many outdoor activities; hiking and camping in Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks, cross country skiing in Yosemite, downhill skiing, and bungee jumping.
