Dr. Aria Hourizadeh is a Board Eligible Periodontist and Implant Surgeon who completed the Advanced Education Program in Periodontics at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. Raised in Great Neck, New York, he attended North Shore Hebrew Academy before earning a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience from Binghamton University. Dr. Alvin and his wife, Anne, live in Chappaqua, New York, and have four children named Justin, Allison, Evan and Andrew. Anne is a volunteer EMT in Chappaqua.

“Dr. Justin” graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Dartmouth College in 1996, where he was captain of the varsity Men’s Lacrosse team.
