I was then called in to sit in a dentist chair, where I sat for another 45 minutes to "wait for the x-ray" machine. I don't know why but the receptionist is rude and everyone acts as if I am the one being unreasonable or irrational when they are incompetant and I was made to be inconvenienced due to their inability to schedule correctly (oncd I arrived they said the system had me schduled for 5pm?!). I left after 2 hours wasted and still not seen for what should have been a simple and routine cleaning, with much more time wasted than should have been, and I am forced to find a new dentist. I hope they close soon and find new management as this location is convenient for me and my only reason for attempting the aforementioned appointment.”
