I am no longer going to this practice. Unless you need a root canal or anything more expensive i would avoid this practice. FYI my mom is dental surgical nurse in Europe that works with two amazing doctors. So they reviewed my X-rShow moreays. I have two issues with this practice. I was told I needed a cavity replaced on a tooth that wasn’t hurting me or anything. After they redid the cavity, it started hurting. I went back they told me i should be using sensodyne toothpaste. After my moms doctors reviewed my X-rays they found out that the filling is placed poorly and there is a a small gap between my tooth and filling which is why I am getting the pain My second issue is I had pain in a different tooth where I already had a filling. I wanted them to take out the old filling and put a new one. They said that the filling I currently have is so deep that if they open it up it will turn into a root canal. Again my mom’s doctors looked at the xray and said there is plenty of space to re do the filling. My aunt also had a cavity problem and before they even started they said it’s going to be a root canal. Moral of my review is if you have an issue with any filling this isn’t the place because it will alway turn into a root canal.
My first visit was February 7, at which time the dentist went over my treatment plan and what I could do to better my smile. On my second appointment February 28, I decided to call the insurance and check on the status of my pre-Show moreauthorization I spoke to Jean from the insurance company and she informed me that no claims where put in. I called Mandy and she stated that the system had a error and she will resent. I was upset I had to wait 3 weeks for one tooth to get fixed, I have three cavities why can’t you fix all three . The dentist is very busy and I understand but if you can’t take care of so many patients then tell them is going to take long because I have a very busy office and let the patient make that decision. However; I have a second appointment in three weeks for the other two cavities. Hopefully the claims department makes the determination on the pre-authorization it takes 10 business days. Over all the staff is very pleasant and some what informed on insurance plans.

I consistently have a pleasant experience at this place. The wait times are usually short, the office staff is friendly, and the dentists is excellent.
