With a bachelor’s degree in Food Chemistry, a BS in Nutrition, a MS in Clinical Nutrition, and Functional Medicine (IFM) courses, Mariana has developed a strong scientific and analytical approach to human health and wellness.

Bianca De La Rosa was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended High School at Clear Springs, where her journey with nutrition would begin. She played Volleyball throughout high school, and eventually lead to her playing College Volleyball. She Attended the University of Houston and through her college career, was involved in the UH Nutrition Club, UH delta zeta chapter, Uh Volleyball Club where she was Secretary and Vice President. Her journey with various nutrition internships was able to enhance her passion, and mold her into a continuous learner of ways to better one’s self. She also was able to appreciate the value of child nutrition while volunteering in the nutrition department at Texas children’s. She graduated in 2016, with her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods, and was also able to obtain a Registered Dietetic Technician (DTR) credential. She spent 2 years working at My Fit Foods working her way up as a nutrition coach, which then lead her to a different path of working under Dr.Brown in March of 2017.
