About Laura Riley, RDN
Hi, I'm Lizzie. I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience helping people build true strength inside and out. Nutrition isn't one-size-fits-all. Your journey is deeply personal and layered because food is more than fuel it's social, cultural, and emotional. I'm here to help you heal your body from the inside out and cultivate a relationship with food that feels balanced, easy, and sustainable.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me outside on a long run, soaking up the sunshine and vitamin D. I love a good audio book, and Chick-fil-A is by far my favorite comfort food.

“Laura Riley is very knowledgeable and honest. She doesn't try to push or sell anything to me that I am not interested in but at the same time she gives me excellent recommendations for helping me reach my goal weight while looking at and taking care of my complete health needs.”
