Hi, I'm Lizzie. I'm a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience helping people build true strength inside and out. Nutrition isn't one-size-fits-all. Your journey is deeply personal and layered because food is more than fuel it's social, cultural, and emotional. I'm here to help you heal your body from the inside out and cultivate a relationship with food that feels balanced, easy, and sustainable.
