Dr. Zhang also gained valuable experience during his residency, postdoctoral training, and practice in orthopedic surgery and as a research fellow at the Hospital for Special Surgery, New York, NY.
From 2013-2014, Dr. Zhang was a professor in Orthopedic Surgery at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanfang University in Guangzhou, China. He returned to the U.S. where he practiced medicine as both a wound care and primary care physician in the New York City and New Jersey areas. He is certified by the United States Internal Medicine Board and is a licensed physician in New York and New Jersey, and his research is published in numerous medical journals.
