I am a Brooklyn native and senior psychotherapist who is proficient in working with clients to broaden their awareness of themselves, their thoughts, and their feelings. My primary goals are to: provide counseling through a sex positive and inclusive framework and provide a therapeutic space that is non-judgmental, authentic, respectful, and collaborative. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s degree in Mental Health & Counseling at Hofstra University. I have always been passionate about helping others and have been in the field of psychology for over 7 years. As a clinician, I work with adolescents and adults who have experienced or are living life with trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, mood disturbances, and/or grief.

I offer therapy that is largely rooted in trauma-informed, person-centered, and evidence-based approaches. I specialize in Eye-movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based approach effective in treating: anger, emotional eating, procrastination/avoidance behaviors/indecision, relationship enrichment/healing, and stress management to name a few.

I had the opportunity to complete a clinical internship at Rikers Island working with the incarcerated population. Working with such a complex and diverse population not only allowed me to learn the true value of therapy but, that therapy truly works best when customized to the needs of the individual.

He speaks five languages including English, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, and Punjabi.
