I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical counseling at Baruch College. I have personal passions in meditation, cooking, art, and creative exploration in all forms! I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Psychology from CUNY Baruch College. I have experience in the Family Treatment and Rehabilitation Program in child welfare. I worked extensively with families grappling with mental health and substance abuse challenges. This experience has given me profound insights into the intricate dynamics of healing journeys. My commitment lies in translating this understanding into impactful therapeutic interventions, fostering growth and well-being for individuals and families in need. Prior to my residency at The Soho Center, I completed my practicum, working with a diverse range of individuals, including minorities, children, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals. I provided support for issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, marital issues, substance abuse, and more. I am currently pursuing my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College.

Dr. Yelyzaveta Prysyazhnyuk is a compassionate and highly trained physician with a strong commitment to advancing mental health care. She brings a rich background in internal medicine and a deep interest in the intersection of physical and mental well-being to her role at Vital Psych MD LLC. Dr. Prysyazhnyuk completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University before earning her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She went on to complete her residency in Internal Medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell NS/LIJ, where she also obtained certifications as a clinician educator and in lifestyle medicine. At Vital Psych MD, Dr. Prysyazhnyuk is excited to focus her practice on supporting individuals through evidence-based care that bridges the gap between physical and mental health. Her clinical experience and academic foundation have shaped her integrative approach, helping achieving overall well-being and a lasting change.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.

Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.

Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Outside of the office Dr. Stull enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband who is plastic surgeon and their daughter.
