Dr. Boutros is also a fellow and board certified in the Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Boutros treats patients ranging from adolescents to the elderly with a wide range of medical illnesses and in many different settings. He is extremely involved with the care of his patients and devotes his complete attention to each of them as he oversees all processes that contribute to the care of his patients. He sets a collaborative atmosphere in his office, where he leads and interacts with every member of his team to ensure the highest standards of medical care.
Dr. Boutros is the Medical Director of Prevention Clinics. He started these multi-specialty health care centers because of his comprehensive training, experience, and strong interest in integrative medicine, aesthetics, cosmetics, anti-aging, regenerative medicine, and obesity medicine. He offers medical and aesthetic services that include platelet-rich plasma (PRP), BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM®, mesotherapy/lipotherapy/lipo-dissolve, adult and adolescent weight management, anti-aging medicine/preventive medicine, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
In hormone replacement therapy, Dr. Boutros has trained and is a fellow who is board certified by the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Rafath Humera, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine specialist serving men and women through her private practice at Park Medical Center in Clifton, New Jersey. Dr. Humera is passionate about delivering top-quality care from a foundation of holistic principles.
Dr. Humera understands the interconnectivity of all aspects of health and wellness. Rather than treating individual symptoms as they arise, she prefers to treat each patient as a whole being, looking at how their body is functioning and devising ways to enhance that function.
Education has always played a pivotal role in Dr. Humera’s life. She earned her medical degree from the Gandhi Medical College in India, where she was the recipient of a scholarship. Upon arrival in America, Dr. Humera completed a residency in internal medicine at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Even today, Dr. Humera continues to pursue opportunities to expand her knowledge and skill set. Among her areas of focus are diabetes care and treatment for adult obesity. She believes that by educating patients on how to manage their own health needs, she can provide a service that extends far beyond simple office visits.

Maitri Patel, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and aesthetics physician at PrudentMD in Iselin, New Jersey. She specializes in cosmetic procedures, internal medicine, laser hair removal, and much more. She’s also an expert in primary care services, including preventive health, chronic disease management, medical weight loss, and women’s health.
Dr. Patal received her medical training at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara, India, at the Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, and the Robertwood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Dr. Patel is certified in laser hair removal, Botox®, dermal fillers, micro-needling, PRP (platelet rich plasma treatment), IV therapies and other cosmetic treatments. She has special interest in alternative therapies and continues to learn. She has helped many using such alternative therapies. She believes lifestyle changes and often alternative therapies make a bigger difference than allopathy alone.
She has served for many years as an adult medicine physician at the Plainfield Community Health Center in Plainfield, New Jersey, the Tuberculosis Clinic of Union Counties in Elizabeth, New Jersey, and many other urgent care centers throughout New Jersey.
She also worked as a supervising physician for cardiac emergencies and nuclear cardiac stress tests before founding PrudentMD. Dr. Patel is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
