Elliot Decker, MD, is a highly respected and fellowship-trained physician who specializes in hand and wrist surgery at MidJersey Orthopaedics in Flemington, New Jersey.

Dr. Milone was born in Oceanside, New York, and was the valedictorian at Chaminade High School in Mineola, New York. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. During his undergraduate years, he studied as an exchange student at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
Dr. Milone earned his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and won the school’s Orthopaedic Research Prize. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at New York University Langone Orthopedics in New York City and went on to finish a fellowship in hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
As an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Milone stays connected to his peers and up-to-date on the latest developments in his field. Jessica Taff, MD, is a triple board-certified Hematologist, Medical Oncologist, and Internist. Through her leadership role at Coastal Hematology & Oncology Center, Dr. Taff is honored to serve the communities of Toms River and Forked River, New Jersey, where she was born and raised.
Education has always played a central role in Dr. Taff’s life. She earned her undergraduate and medical degrees at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Dr. Taff went on to complete her residency at New York University Langone Medical Center in New York City, where she was selected to serve as Chief Resident in Internal Medicine. After immigrating to Brooklyn from the Caribbean, Dr. McKenzie attended the public schools in the area, then received his Bachelor of Science in pharmaceutical and health sciences from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences at Long Island University in New York City.
