Michael Milone, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon on the team of providers at MidJersey Orthopaedics in Flemington, Bridgewater and Washington, New Jersey. He specializes in hand surgery and brings extensive experience to his practice.
Dr. Milone was born in Oceanside, New York, and was the valedictorian at Chaminade High School in Mineola, New York. He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. During his undergraduate years, he studied as an exchange student at Oxford University in Oxford, England.
Dr. Milone earned his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and won the school’s Orthopaedic Research Prize. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at New York University Langone Orthopedics in New York City and went on to finish a fellowship in hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
As an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Milone stays connected to his peers and up-to-date on the latest developments in his field. He’s also passionate about academic and research efforts in orthopaedic surgery and has contributed to numerous textbooks, given poster and podium presentations, and is published in several leading peer-reviewed academic journals, including the Journal of Hand Surgery.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Milone stays active and healthy by exercising with Peloton® and playing golf. He enjoys rooting for the New York Jets and serves as the medical analyst for Sleeper Fantasy Football. He also likes to spend as much time as possible with his wife, Jackie, their daughter, Pippa, and dog, Lana.

Hitesh Patel, MD is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine and obesity medicine. He provides expert, compassionate primary care at Premier Healthcare Associates, PC, conveniently located in a state-of-the-art facility near Ocean University Medical Center (OUMC), part of Hackensack Meridian Health, in Brick, New Jersey.
Dr. Patel offers a wide range of services, including the diagnosis and management of chronic conditions such as thyroid disorders, heart disease, diabetes, COPD, and mental health conditions. He was Associate Director of the Transitional Year Residency Program at Ocean University Medical Center, Clinical Site Director for Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, and currently serves as Chairman of Medicine at Ocean University Medical Center, where he leads academic and clinical efforts within the department.
Dr. Patel also served as a physician for Monmouth and Middlesex County Correctional Facilities, providing care in challenging and high-security environments. In addition, he worked as an occupational physician for Continental Airlines at Newark International Airport. Before founding his private practice in Brick in 2006, he practiced medicine in both the Bronx, New York, and Manhasset, Long Island, gaining extensive experience in diverse clinical settings.

Dr. Kimberlee Williams Park founded MediCalm-PA, LLC in 2019. She graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and completed her training at Crozer Keystone Family Medicine Residency Program in 1996. She is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician and has practiced primary care for the past 30 years in the Philadelphia region. Dr. Park created MediCalm-PA, LLC as a medical practice dedicated to helping patients benefit from the new and evolving treatments that became available with Pennsylvania's compassionate medical marijuana legislation signed into law by Gov. Tom Wolf on April 17, 2016 and is overjoyed that she is able to provide access and guidance for those individuals with qualifying chronic conditions not fully responding to conventional options. Dr. Daisy Rodríguez is a board certified physician in the specialties of Internal Medicine and Independent Medical Examination. She currently practices at the Injury Rehabilitation Centers of Pennsylvania. She received her education at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Biochemistry, and receiving her B.A. Degree in 1983. As a junior and senior, she helped devise a system to diagnose illnesses using the human breath utilizing a spectrophotometer. She then went on to graduate medical school from the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. Following medical school, she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, graduating in 1990. She is a highly skilled physician with a focus on the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic disabling conditions, supplementing her training with rheumatology. She has a strong personal interest in stem cell functions and capability, having training and practice experience in providing treatments to patients using platelet rich plasma (PRP).
