Dr. Kular completed all of his medical educaton and training through Baylor College of Medicine, which allowed him to practice in a wide variety of settings within the Texas Medical Center, including the Harris Health System and the Veterans Affairs Health System. Dr. Muttiana earned his Bachelor of Science with medical emphasis from DAV College in Jalandhar, India, and received his medical degree from Government Medical College in Amritsar, India. He completed his internship as well as his medical and surgery residency at S.G.T.B. Hospital in Amritsar, India. Afterward, Dr. Muttiana completed an internal medicine residency at Oklahoma City University in Oklahoma City and a cardiology fellowship at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

When he’s not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He likes being outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing, and hopes to obtain his pilot’s license someday.
