Born in Houston and raised in Caldwell, Dr. Norman is a native Texan. Dr. Norman earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. He went on to complete his internship and internal medicine residency at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi, where he served as chief resident.
