Annie Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston.
Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019.
Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.
In addition to her background in nutrition, Annie holds a keen interest in skin care and in preventative medicine through lifestyle and diet. Building a strong relationship with every patient is an integral part of her practice. Having received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Tejas Desai, DO, Annie practices medical dermatology, skin cancer surgeries, and other various skin procedures. Annie regularly pursues her continuing medical education in dermatology to provide the highest quality care for her patients.
She is currently a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistant Association. In her free time, Annie enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and English bulldog, Rex.

Andrew Martin, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Southern Secrets Med Spa and Clinic in Conroe, Texas. He takes a integrative approach to healing that avoids overreliance on pharmaceuticals.
Andrew earned an associate’s degree at the Lower Columbia College, College of Nursing in Longview, Washington, before completing his Bachelor of Science in nursing with honors at the University of Texas College of Nursing in Arlington. He fulfilled a master’s degree and post-graduate program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston to earn the family nurse practitioner credentials and certification in emergency and trauma.
Before joining Southern Secrets Med Spa and Clinic, Andrew worked as an emergency center staff nurse in the busiest Level III trauma center in Texas and as a charge nurse in a chemical detox unit. He is a member of the American Academy of Emergency Nurse Practitioners, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the Sigma Theta Tau.
When he’s not at work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He likes being outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing, and hopes to obtain his pilot’s license someday.

Born in Houston and raised in Caldwell, Dr. Norman is a native Texan. Dr. Norman earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. He went on to complete his internship and internal medicine residency at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi, where he served as chief resident. Afterward, he completed his cardiovascular fellowship at Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area in Texas as chief cardiology fellow.
Dr. Norman is board certified cardiologist who specializes in general and invasive cardiology, management of high blood pressure and high cholesterol, peripheral vascular procedures and disease management, pacemaker implant and monitoring, cardiac arrhythmia evaluation and management, preoperative cardiac clearance, nuclear cardiology, stress testing, and echocardiography. Dr. Norman performs complex peripheral arterial disease procedures to correct the blockages in the leg arteries to restore normal circulation. He also performs the full spectrum of vein disease treatments to maintain healthy leg circulation. He has a special interest in pacemaker implantations to correct heart rhythm disorders. Ruby Samuel John, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She provides expert care to patients at Magnolia Family Medicine in Magnolia, Texas.
Dr. John earned her medical degree from Windsor University School of Medicine in 2005 and completed her residency at Rutgers NJ Medical School in Newark, where she was honored with the Most Humanistic Award in 2009. She went on to serve as Chief Resident and later as an Assistant Clinical Professor at University Hospital until 2011.
Dr. John devoted ten years to the Primary Care Clinic of North Texas, a non-profit organization serving the uninsured. Her commitment to underserved populations was recognized at the Lone Star Cares Fundraising Gala, where she received the Care and Compassion Award in 2014.
Dr. John’s philosophy of care emphasizes listening, trust, and prevention. She believes that effective medicine begins with understanding the whole patient, not just treating symptoms. Alan Mobley, MD, is a board-certified cardiovascular disease specialist, offering comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services at Heart Care of Conroe in Conroe, Texas. He has a special interest in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and performing minimally invasive coronary angioplasty.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Dr. Mobley attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where he completed a bachelor’s degree. He finished his medical degree at the University of Louisville in Kentucky and completed his internal medicine residency at Louisville University’s affiliated hospitals.
Dr. Mobley finished his fellowship training in cardiology with a focus in cardiac catheterization at St. Luke’s Health in Houston, Texas. He returned to Houston, where he first opened his private practice in 1980.
Dr. Mobley also specializes in the treatment and ongoing management of congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, and other cardiovascular issues. He remains committed to taking a complete and compassionate approach to helping others prevent heart disease.

Dr. Mukesh Sinha is a native Houstonian and completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in 2000. He is a 2004 graduate of The University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, TX. After his graduation, he relocated to Rochester, Minnesota, where he received his training in Internal Medicine at the internationally renowned Mayo Clinic. He remained at Mayo Clinic to complete his fellowship in the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension. During his fellowship he published several manuscripts and was appointed as Instructor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Medicine. He was honored with the Clinical Fellow of the Year Award for academic year 2009-2010. He joined Renal Clinic of Houston in 2010.
Dr. Sinha has his medical license in Minnesota and Texas. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin, American Society of Nephrology and Renal Physicians Association.
Dr. Sinha is board certified by American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) as a Diplomate in Nephrology.
Sayed Ahmed, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained internal medicine physician at the Renal Clinic of Houston in Katy, Memorial City, and North Cypress, Texas.
Dr. Ahmed earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston in Texas. He then traveled to the Caribbean to earn his doctorate at the Saba University School of Medicine in The Bottom, Saba, Dutch Caribbean. He received specialized training in dialysis modalities, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapies during his fellowship at Memorial Hermann Hospital-Texas Medical Center in Houston. He also received extensive fellowship training in the care of cancer patients with kidney disease and injury at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
A diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Ahmed maintains Texas and Louisiana state medical licenses and is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Ahmed enjoys table tennis, badminton, cricket, music, and traveling. He speaks English, Urdu, Hindi, Sindhi, and Punjabi.
