Annie Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston. 

Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019. 

Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.

Alan Mobley, MD, is a board-certified cardiovascular disease specialist, offering comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services at Heart Care of Conroe in Conroe, Texas. Dileep Puppala, MD, FCCP, FAASM, is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group, located in Houston and Cypress, Texas. Dr. Puppala is board certified in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. He has been in practice for 12 years throughout northwest Houston. 

Dr. Puppala earned his medical degree from Andhra Pradesh University Of Medical Sciences in India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in New York City. Following residency, Dr. Puppala completed a sleep fellowship at Sleep and Wake Disorder Center at New York Hospital - Cornell University, and two pulmonary and critical care fellowships at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens.

Dr. Kular completed all of his medical educaton and training through Baylor College of Medicine, which allowed him to practice in a wide variety of settings within the Texas Medical Center, including the Harris Health System and the Veterans Affairs Health System. Lakshmy V. Ayyar, MD, FCCP is a pulmonologist at Texas Multi-Specialty Group with one office in Cypress and two in Houston, Texas.
