Miguel Tirado is a Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine with over 20 years of experience as a physician. A graduate of Stanford University, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Human Biology, laying a solid foundation for his medical career. Anastasios Manessis, MD, FACE, ECNU, ABOM, is a double-board certified physician at Endocrine Associates of West Village PC in Murray Hill, Manhattan, and Long Island City, New York, specializing in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism and obesity medicine. Dr. Manessis has an endocrine certification in neck ultrasounds and has extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal dysfunction, and obesity.
Dr. Manessis pursued his undergraduate education at Manhattan College, graduating magna cum laude with distinction in biochemistry. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Manessis completed a combined residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at New York Medical College at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in New York. Following a year as chief medical resident, he completed a two-year clinical fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism, where his research interest, among others, involved the use of insulin pumps in patients with Type II diabetes.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Manessis was a faculty member in the Department of Medicine at New York Medical College from 2008-2010. He then joined the faculty of New York University in 2011. He has been involved in many clinical research projects, including long-term studies to evaluate the efficacy and safety of GLP-I agonists and weight loss agents. Kunal Patel, MD, FACC is a cardiologist and varicose vein specialist at NJ Cardiovascular Institute in Elizabeth and Secaucus, New Jersey. Dr. Patel is known for his friendly demeanor and personalized care, treating each patient like a member of his own family.
Dr. Patel completed his internal medicine training at Seton Hall University. Anneta Golubchik MD is a Board Certified Infectious Disease and Internal Medicine physician.
She brings years of experience in performing in–hospital consultations and assessment of patients in outpatient settings related to conditions secondary to multi–drug resistant organisms, hospital–aquired infections, device–related infections, post operative infections, infections in patients with immunodeficiencies. Dr. Golubchik has treated patients with acute and chronic wounds secondary to burns, diabetes, vascular insufficiencies as well as a diverse population of indigent patients in urgent, scheduled primary care settings and TB clinic.
Dr. Golubchik has been honored with Intern of the Year Peers Award, Excellence in–training Award, and Maxwell Finland Award for Excellence in Research. She has several publications to her name.
Dexter McKenzie, MD, is an experienced internist and pediatrician serving patients of all ages at LaSante Health Center in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens area of Brooklyn. Dr. McKenzie has served the central Brooklyn community for over 30 years as a registered pharmacist and physician and treats a wide range of medical conditions for adults and children in New York City.
After immigrating to Brooklyn from the Caribbean, Dr. McKenzie attended the public schools in the area, then received his Bachelor of Science in pharmaceutical and health sciences from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences at Long Island University in New York City. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and was honored with a residency and internship in internal medicine and pediatrics from Kings County Hospital in New York City.
