Integrative Therapist & Holistic Mental Health Specialist
I help individuals and families create meaningful, lasting change—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Registered Art Therapist licensed in Washington, Montana and Oregon, I’ve spent the past 15+ years supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, and the complex demands of parenting or professional life. I offer a personalized approach that blends evidence-based psychotherapy with creative expression, somatic tools, and mind–body techniques.
My work is especially aligned with high-achieving parents, professionals, and caregivers who are used to holding it all together—but who also recognize the value of slowing down and investing in their inner life. You don’t have to do this alone.
My Approach
I believe that therapy should go beyond symptom relief. My goal is to support whole-person healing—addressing the root causes of emotional pain, while helping you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your values, and feel more grounded in your daily life.
Some of the integrative tools I may incorporate include:
Art therapy (no artistic skill needed!)
Alpha-Stim® cranial electrotherapy
Nervous system education & regulation techniques
Nutritional Psychology to support mood, energy, and emotional resilience
Mindful self-care and personalized lifestyle strategies
Whether we’re working together around anxiety, trauma, parenting, or just that persistent feeling of “overwhelm,” our work will be collaborative, compassionate, and customized to you.
What Clients Appreciate
Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and genuinely understood in our sessions. My style is warm, attuned, and calm—but also practical and strategic. I hold space for depth while helping you move forward with clarity.
Who I Work With
Adults seeking more balance, energy, and emotional insight
Parents and caregivers navigating family stress or sensitive children
Teens and young adults coping with anxiety, trauma, or school pressure
Children in need of creative and emotionally attuned support
