ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and Grief/Loss, or life transitions to name a few. I enjoy seeing people grow and thrive out of adversity and life’s curve balls. I work from a systems framework and CBT model. I am told by clients I ask thought provoking questions and help clients be accountable towards their personal goals. I offer a fresh perspective on habitual relational traps and aid clients to navigate life steps with a fresh perspective and encourage client’s steps towards a more solid footing on life’s path.
