My path of education includes a Bachelor's in Psychobiology, a Master's in Cognitive Psychology and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. This means I have spent my intellectual pursuits understanding how our perceptions are reality. In order to change our reality we need to change how we perceive the world...both inside and out. My expertise include but are not limited to the following: gender specific treatment of chemical dependency and eating disorders, equine assisted therapy, the use of experiential therapy in both individual and group sessions, treating non-chemical addictions, co-occurring disorders and a strong background in acute mental health disorders.
