I graduated from Pepperdine University with a master's in clinical psychology, focusing on marriage and family therapy, but my approach goes beyond the textbook. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because these methods are proven to create real, lasting changes.
