I have been a licensed massage therapist over 28 years. Most of my career, I have been practicing in an injury treatment, rehabilitation, post surgical, and relaxation settings. I have worked closely with Doctors, Chiropractors, Physical Therapists. Massages in my care directly relate you your specific needs. I am not a routine therapist.

I have also discovered a new modality called Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT) which has given me new tools to help release deep and hard to reach adhesions that can sometimes be painful with traditional massage. Amy-Mae Court is a 2001 graduate of the Swedish Institute of Massage in New York City. Her extensive training included massage and bodywork modalities from both Eastern and Western traditions. Upon completing her education, Amy-Mae continued to work in and around NewYork City in a variety of settings including spas, chiropractic offices, and health clubs. She moved to New Hampshire in 2004 and, after working independently, she opened an practice at Family Acupuncture and Wellness in Portsmouth NH in 2009.
Wanting to deepen and expand her expertise, Amy (a dancer from childhood with a lifelong passion for movement) began the study of Thai Massage. She undertook intensive training over the years, most notably with Kam Thye Chow of the LotusPalm School in Montreal. Amy is also certified and specializes in pre-, peri-, and post-natal massage and is a Reiki master. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of New Hampshire.

Luca is a certified massage therapist who tailors every massage to individual needs. He is a graduate of the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program at the National Holistic Institute and has completed over 1400 hours of education.
