Meredith Brescia, CPT, LMT Meredith brings a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of human movement to her massage therapy practice. With over a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Specialist, she integrates corrective exercise principles, musculoskeletal assessment, and evidence-informed treatment strategies into every session. Meredith has focused her clinical work on therapeutic and medically oriented bodywork.
