For 18 years Ive worked with various healthcare organizations, each reinforcing my belief that our system too often prioritizes symptom management over addressing root causes. Throughout my career, one thought has remained constant: health is not a one-size fits-all journey. Yet, wellness programs often apply outdated, rigid solutions to complex, individual challenges, limiting the effectiveness of care. Chesna grew up on a small farm in Lula, OK. She enjoys family time and has a love for horseback riding, good dogs, country music, and the great outdoors. In 2014, she graduated from ECU with honors and a degree in Biology. She attended Body Business School of Massage Therapy and became a licensed massage therapist in September 2018. Her achievements include; certifications in Swedish massage, Cupping therapy, Prenatal massage, Equine therapy, and RockTape Sports taping. Luca is a certified massage therapist who tailors every massage to individual needs. He is a graduate of the Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program at the National Holistic Institute and has completed over 1400 hours of education.

His passion for massage is rooted in pain reduction and enhancing overall quality of life. Luca has extensive knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, orthopedic assessment, a wide breadth of injuries/pathologies and is able to use massage therapy to aid healing/management. His experience stretches over a multitude of modalities including sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Craniosacral therapy, deep tissue and Swedish massage. Luca is also studying for his NASM personal trainer certification, with a goal of combining exercise/conditioning with massage techniques to optimize overall health, performance, and recovery.

Luca works closely with NFL players and other pro athletes throughout the year. He has provided runners at the LA Marathon with post-event massages at the finish line. He also regularly works with child, teen and college-age athletes.

Hello! My name is Cori Escalante. I offer craniosacral therapy (CST): all ages, all stages – from infants to elders. In 2012 I became a certified massage technician in the state of California and began studying CST in 2014. I have experience as a therapist in a variety of settings: at a family healing center, at chiropractic offices, day spas, training gyms, and for the performers of Cirque Du Soleil: IRIS. Dr. Laughlin’s nurse Patricia Donoho has been in plastic surgery nursing for over 30 years. She is a phenomenal nurse who’s been working with Dr. Laughlin since 1994. Before working with Dr. Laughlin, Pat was a plastic surgery nurse for 10 years. She assists with all surgeries offered at Laughlin Plastic Surgery and also performs sclerotherapy.

With over 20 years in practice as a massage therapist, Jennifer Pumpelly has an extensive background in a variety of therapeutic massage techniques. Jennifer offers flexible massage scheduling for both new and existing patients at SW Physical Therapy in Tigard, Oregon.

Patients come to Jennifer for therapeutic massages, and relaxation to reduce pain, decrease tissue restrictions, improve posture, and increase joint mobility, among other benefits. She regularly treats patients who have suffered from motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries.
