Dr. Laughlin’s nurse Patricia Donoho has been in plastic surgery nursing for over 30 years. She is a phenomenal nurse who’s been working with Dr. Laughlin since 1994. Cynthia Phillips-Johnson, AGRNP, is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner at Pioneer Peak Orthopedics in Wasilla, Alaska. She was born and raised in Washington state.
Cynthia started her career as a massage therapist in 2001, co-owning a medical massage & spa business with her spouse until 2012. She moved to Utah in 2012, obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University in 2017. Cynthia moved to Alaska in 2019 with her family, where she worked at Providence Alaska Medical Center as a full-time registered nurse. While working, she attended the University of Providence, graduating in 2023 with a Master's in nursing and becoming a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.
When not working, she loves being outdoors with her family and two dogs. She enjoys gardening and beautifying her yard, fishing, rock hounding, long drives, and dancing.
