In her free time, April prefers being outdoors to include sailing, gardening, mountaineering and generally enjoying an off-grid lifestyle.
The philosophy.
I believe a safe therapeutic touch facilitates and maintains you within your lifestyle. Receiving bodywork allows you to expand your awareness giving you a chance to connect or disconnect your body from mind. This aids the body’s ability to heal in increasing or decreasing the real issues as they come with.

For 18 years Ive worked with various healthcare organizations, each reinforcing my belief that our system too often prioritizes symptom management over addressing root causes. Throughout my career, one thought has remained constant: health is not a one-size fits-all journey. Yet, wellness programs often apply outdated, rigid solutions to complex, individual challenges, limiting the effectiveness of care.
In response, I developed the "Global Body" approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of physiology, psychology, and physical well-being, the "3 P's." This integrative model empowers individuals to understand and address the root causes of their ailments, focusing on true healing and long-term wellness rather than just symptom management.
