Rachel Rincon became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2012. Her training emphasized anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques—foundations she has integrated into a practice rooted in both scientific understanding and compassionate care.
Rachel takes a holistic approach to massage therapy, supporting not only physical symptoms but also the emotional and mental dimensions of wellness. Her areas of focus include:
Stress and tension reduction
Restorative massage for overall well-being
Supporting balance between body and mind
Approach to Care
Rachel views massage therapy as a partnership with each patient, tailored to individual needs, comfort level, and goals. She is committed to treating the whole person rather than isolated conditions, using massage therapy as a tool to support healing, comfort, and long-term well-being.
The philosophy.
I believe a safe therapeutic touch facilitates and maintains you within your lifestyle. Receiving bodywork allows you to expand your awareness giving you a chance to connect or disconnect your body from mind. This aids the body’s ability to heal in increasing or decreasing the real issues as they come with.
Olivia San Diego is a local-born Seattleite who graduated in 2018 from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in West Seattle.
She specializes in balanced therapeutic Swedish Massage style techniques mixed with Table-Thai stretches designed to provide aid to stiff muscles and joints and postural imbalances. Olivia is a trauma-informed therapist who also provides treatment for breast tissue and chest wall massage and also works on the deep inguinal region of the body.
When not working, Olivia loves to cook, bake, and spend time with her cats and lizard. She is also a big fan of going on long walks and also being wrapped up in large fuzzy blankets on the couch.
Alison graduated from Cortiva Massage Institute in 2017 and has since honed her skills in both spa and clinical settings, bringing to the table a traditional deep Swedish massage with emphasis on specific muscles so that your session feels both therapeutic as well as deeply relaxing.
Utilizing over 300 hours of knowledge in yoga certifications that focused on anatomy and physiology, Alison asks a lot of questions to better understand what's going on in your body and how massage can bring greater ease to your day to day. She's your "hydration homie" with a "use it or lose it" mentality, unafraid to remind you to drink your water and move your spine regularly.
