Katie Young is a holistic wellness provider with more than 12 years of combined experience in yoga, energy work, healing circles, and massage therapy. As a manual therapist, Katie blends myofascial release, deep tissue massage, flowing therapeutic techniques, and assisted stretching to create relaxed yet effective changes in the body. She believes strongly in a **“nervous system first”** approach, helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout every step of their session. Katie is passionate about client-centered care and creating treatment plans that educate, empower, and support long-term wellness. Her goal is not only to address what a client is feeling in the moment, but also to help them better understand their body and feel more confident in their ongoing care. When Katie is not providing yoga and massage within her community, she enjoys cooking, working out, and spending time at home with her son and two cats.
