About Jimmy Sapp, lmt

For 18 years Ive worked with various healthcare organizations, each reinforcing my belief that our system too often prioritizes symptom management over addressing root causes. Throughout my career, one thought has remained constant: health is not a one-size fits-all journey. Yet, wellness programs often apply outdated, rigid solutions to complex, individual challenges, limiting the effectiveness of care. In response, I developed the "Global Body" approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of physiology, psychology, and physical well-being, the "3 P's."
