Dr. Katherine Cabero earned her doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Jose State University.
She received her extensive training at numerous hospitals throughout the United States including the Eye Institute in Philadelphia and the Veteran Hospital in Palo Alto, California. Prior to optometry school, Dr. Cabero worked as both an optician and optometric technician for many years.
Dr Cabero’s clinical training includes comprehensive eye examinations for ages 4 and up, medical eye care, such as Glaucoma, Diabetic Eye Disease, Hypertensive Retinopathy, Macular Degeneration and Cataracts; diagnosis and treatment of ocular surface disease, emergency eye care to include eye infections and foreign bodies, contact lens fittings, LASIK consultations and surgical co-management.
She is passionate about diagnosing and treatment of Dry Eye Disease and Orthokeratology or Night Lenses, to slow down myopia progression.

Allegra Inciardi, OD, is a fully licensed optometrist at Negrey Eye Associates. She sees patients at the practices two locations in Havertown and Media, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Inciardi graduated from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics. Following her time in Happy Valley, Dr. Inciardi obtained her Doctorate of Optometry from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University.
Upon graduation, Dr. Inciardi joined Negrey Eye Associates. There, she provides primary eye care for children and adults of all ages with an emphasis on routine eye exams and contact lens fittings. Her training includes the ability to detect and manage eye diseases such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Dr. Inciardi also treats dry eye, eye infections, “pink eye,” and lazy eyes.
During her training, Dr. Inciardi traveled to Honduras, where she assisted at a primary clinic in Tegucigalpa, and also went on bus brigades to bring eye care to hard to reach villages in the Honduran countryside.

Michele Dorian OD joins Negrey Eye Associates as a fully licensed optometrist and is certified as a diplomate by the American Board of Optometry. Prior to joining Negrey Eye, Dr. Dorian practiced optometry in Chester County for over 25 years. Dr. Dorian offers routine eye examinations and fitting of contacts lenses including astigmatic and bifocal lenses. Dr. Dorian practices comprehensive eye care to evaluate and diagnose common eye conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Dr. Dorian is state certified to medically treat glaucoma as well as inflammatory and infectious eye diseases.
Dr. Dorian was born and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University summa cum laude and her Doctor of Optometry degree with clinical and academic honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She is a member of the National Glaucoma Society and the American Diabetes Association. In her free time, Dr. Dorian enjoys travelling, Phillies baseball, spending time with her three children and taking long walks with her husband and their dog.
Anastasia Perry, O.D. is a board-certified optometrist with a special interest in ocular disease, including glaucoma and dry eye. She received her B.S. in Biochemistry from Villanova University and went on to graduate with clinical honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Dr. Perry completed multiple clinical externships, including the Philadelphia VA Medical Center and the Eye Institute of Philadelphia, where she was 1 of 3 students selected to train in the Neuro-Ophthalmic Disease specialty service.
She was recognized with Honors in patient care at all of her training sites. While in optometry school, she was the Vice President of the National Optometric Student Association, a club that focused on community outreach and volunteer work. She is very passionate about making long-term connections with her patients, advocating for her patients and their needs, and providing only the highest level of care.
She is currently a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Cindy Kweon, OD, (pronounced Kwon) is a board-certified comprehensive optometrist at Ophthalmology Physicians & Surgeons, PC. She is dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients in Hatboro, North Wales, and Levittown, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Kweon received her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and went on to earn her doctoral degree in optometry from Salus University in Elkins Park. She underwent extensive clinical training in the pediatrics and comprehensive clinic at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Kay, Tabas, Niknam & DiDomenico Ophthalmology Associates in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania; Allentown VA Clinic; and Century Eye Care in Langhorne, Pennsylvania.
