Dr. Julia Alexandrov is an Optometrist at My Optical, serving patients in the Brooklyn, NY area. Rachel is a mental health fellow of Joy Mental Fitness, which has locations in Jersey City, New Jersey, and Boston, Massachusetts. Rachel also provides telehealth services to patients throughout New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, and New York. Rachel is bilingual, proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin. 

My Path to Becoming a Clinician

My name is Rachel Du, and I am currently pursuing my Master degree in the Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness program at New York University. I speak both Mandarin and English. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. As an international student living and studying in the U.S., I deeply feel the uncertainties and challenges of adapting to a new culture and building up positive self-images.
