Prior to seeing Dr. Aliprandis, Camille and Antella examined my mom’s eyes, ran several tests, and were so kind, patient, and made sure all was correct. She was then sent in to see Dr. Aliprandis and he was absolutely wonderful. So professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Never did the appointment feel rushed from any of the staff or doctor. Highly recommend!
Elias Aliprandis, MD, is a fellowship-trained corneal specialist practicing at Ophthalmology Associates of Bay Ridge in Brooklyn, New York. He is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusets, and his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.
Dr. Aliprandis completed his ophthalmology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He then received his fellowship training in cornea and external disease at the prestigious Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.

I have been going to see Dr. Aliprandis for years and he is an excellent doctor. He always makes time to answer your questions and to ensure you are comfortable. The front waiting area at times can seem so overwhelming while waiting to be called.

The doctor is warm and friendly, upbeat. He covers the eye situation thoroughly. Moves through the appointment, but not hurried. I am fortunate he was referred to me for my eye surgery.
