Tracee Blackburn, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant, boasting national certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed in the state of Illinois. She provides dermatology services to residents throughout the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, at Medical Dermatology Associates of Chicago.
Her journey in healthcare began at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where she graduated in 2005. Over the course of her career, Tracee has amassed extensive experience in general, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. She excels in the diagnosis and treatment of common dermatologic conditions, focusing on the treatment of acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer diagnosis and prevention, basic and intermediate surgical procedures, and has special interests in alternative medicine as well as expertise in cosmetic dermatology.
Tracee is not only a dedicated practitioner but also an active contributor to her field. She serves as the co-chair for the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and has held positions as President and Director at Large within the Illinois SDPA. Her recent appointment as the Skin of Color Education Chair for Diversity in Dermatology reflects her commitment to advancing inclusivity and representation in the field.
Tracee is a valued member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Eczema Association, where she generously volunteers her time at the annual Eczema Expo.

William Crevier, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine and pediatrics physician at The Center for Primary Healthcare in Orland Park, Illinois. He is also the president and medical director of the practice and cares for patients of all ages: from infants through adults.
Dr. Cevier grew up in Vermont. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He’s an advocate for access to care and served as the founding executive director of two Christian community health centers.
Dr. Crevier sincerely enjoys getting to know his patients. He gives each and every patient the time and attention they deserve in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Dr. Crevier maintains his advanced credentials to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in internal medicine. He is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.
