Debra Zeh grew up in Queens, New York, graduating from St. John’s University with a BS in Biology. She attended medical school at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, New York. Her internship and residency were done at Georgetown University Medical Center. She and her husband, Dr. Manuel Guillen, founded and ran Virginia Allergy & Pediatrics for almost 40 years in Great Falls and Fairfax, Virginia. They closed their office during the pandemic. Dr. Zeh missed her relationships with her patients so in December 2022 she joined Virginia Pediatric Group.

She is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. she has one adult daughter. In her free time she loves swimming, working out in the gym, walking, traveling, and crafting. She is also an active member of the Medical Society of Northern Virginia, the Georgetown Clinical Society, and the Greater Washington Allergy and Immunology Society.

Russell Libby, M.D., F.A.A.P., is the founder of Virginia Pediatric Group and has acted as the practice president since its inception in 1982. “It is a privilege to be a pediatrician, and I take great pride in helping children and their families grow and thrive from infancy to young adulthood.” Virginia Pediatric Group has convenient locations in Fairfax, Herndon, and Great Falls, Virginia.

Dr. Libby was born and raised in the Washington, D.C., area. He received his Bachelor of Science in zoology and his Doctor of Medicine at George Washington University. He completed his pediatrics residency at Georgetown University Hospital in 1982 and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He was also certified as a home care medical director by the American Academy of Home Care Physicians in 1998.

He spent many years hosting educational television shows on medicine and health care, including “Dr. Libby’s World of Medicine,” and was the host of the weekly ABC radio show “To Your Health.” He was the lead editor and contributing author of Guidelines for Pediatric Home Health Care, published by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

He has authored numerous articles, chapters for books, opinion pieces for national media, and major policy statements for both the Medical Society of Virginia and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been President of the Medical Society of Northern Virginia and was President of the Medical Society of Virginia from 2012-2013. Dr. Libby is a delegate at the American Medical Association, representing the Integrated Physician Practice Section, and is a Board member of the Physicians Foundation, where he has led initiatives on physician wellness, telehealth, and addressing social determinants of health. He is on the Editorial Advisory Board and an author for the prestigious pediatric journal, Contemporary Pediatrics.

Dr. Libby has three grown children and resides in Northern Virginia with his wonderful wife. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, cycling, playing guitar, and creating stained glass art.

Amy is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience. She received her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Utah in 2002, and her Master's degree from the University of Utah in 2004. Amy also received her 200 hour yoga teacher training from Yoga District in Washington, DC in 2016 and is a registered yoga teacher. After completing graduate school, she worked at the Kingsbury Day School in Washington, DC. 

She then opened her own private practice and has proudly provided therapy services for military families in the DC area.

She is the co-founder of Talk Yoga™, LLC, a program that combines yoga movement, breathwork, and mindfulness into speech and language therapy. She has trained over 200 professionals in the Talk Yoga™ method. In addition, she is trained in the first level of PROMPT, and LSVT, has received training in treating myofunctional disorders, and has taken courses in Natural Language Acquisition for Gestalt Language Processors.

Amy has been working with the pediatric population her entire career and has experience in treating a variety of speech and language needs. Anne is trained in SOS feeding, food chaining, Arfid, and Get Permission approach feeding, oral motor, apraxia of speech, auditory processing, articulation and phonology, therapeutic listening, executive functioning, early intervention, social and pragmatic language, and is DIR certified. She enjoys working with infants and children of all ages and believes in building on each child's strengths and interests to improve their communication and feeding skills.

In her free time, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two cats, and her friends. She loves to travel and go to the thater.

Azra Jagani, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician and an integral part of the team at Abdow Friendship Pediatrics in Rockville, Maryland. She finds her work deeply rewarding and enjoys getting to know the families in her care. 

A lifelong learner, Dr. Jagani attended St. Lawrence’s Convent School in Karachi, Pakistan, for her undergraduate studies. She completed medical school at Sindh Medical College, also in Karachi. Upon arriving in the United States, Dr. Jagani completed a residency at Texas Tech University Hospital in El Paso.

Tina E. Floy, MD, is an exceptional practitioner who believes in continual lifelong care to provide comprehensive pediatric services. Dr. Floy started her education journey at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1998. Toward the end of her program, she participated in essential HIV and AIDS research through the fellowship program of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.

Shortly after, Dr. Floy aided in several research opportunities to provide a better understanding of essential DNA functions. She worked for Science Professionals on Assignment, providing lab support throughout several Maryland towns. Dr. Floy went on to work as a certified nursing assistant in Rockville, Maryland, to provide patient care and assist with daily activities of living. 

Dr. Floy continued refining her clinical philosophies as a research coordinator at the Institute for Asthma and Allergy in Wheaton, Maryland, and the NIH. 

She later completed a medical doctorate from Xavier University’s school of medicine in Youngstown, Ohio. In 2012, Dr. Floy won resident of the year from The Children’s Hospital at The Medical Center of Central Georgia and The Children’s Health Center in Macon, Georgia.

After completing her licensure, Dr. Floy established Wellness Pediatrics, PC, in 2017 to bring Fairfax, Virginia, communities her expert knowledge and practical experience for the well-being of their children. In her free time, Dr. Floy enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Trinidad Rojas, MD, goes above and beyond to deliver quality pediatric care to patients in and around Fairfax, Virginia. Dr. Rojas started her journey into medicine in 1972 after becoming a medical doctor at the Universidad de Oriente Medical School in her home country of Venezuela. 

Dr. Rojas immediately went to work to gather critical clinical skills and worked as a house physician at Carupano’s General Hospital from 1972 to 1976. She later moved to the United States to pursue further education. She would go on to complete the flexible internship program at Perth Amboy General Hospital in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.

She discovered a passion for exceptional child care and pursued a pediatric residency at the New Jersey University of Medicine and Dentistry, also in New Jersey. 

She later relocated to Florida to become chief of the pediatrics department at Cleveland Clinic Martin Health, in Stuart, Florida, in 2001. She continued obtaining practical pediatric experience from Pediatric Consultants, PA, in Stuart, Florida, until 2012.

Double board-certified pediatrician and internal medicine specialist David Rubio, M.D., F.A.A.P., has cared for patients in Northern Virginia for over two decades. He is part of the Virginia Pediatric Group team and sees patients at the practice’s location in Aldie, Virginia. 

Dr. Rubio was born in Queens, New York, although he considers South Riding, Virginia, his hometown. He completed a six-year biomedical program with Union College in Schenectady, New York, earning a Bachelor of Science in 1987. He completed his medical degree in 1989 at Albany Medical College, also in New York. He then went on to complete his internal medicine/pediatrics residency training in 1993 at the North Shore University Hospital/Cornell University Medical Center in New York. 

Upon residency completion, Dr. Rubio joined the Northern Virginia Primary Care Associates in Annandale until 2008, when he developed and managed his own private pediatrics practice in South Riding. He was board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1994 and recertified in 2003. Dr. Rubio was also board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1994 and recertified in 2016.

Kirra L. Brandon, MD is board certified in both dermatology and pediatric dermatology, and provides care to patients of all ages at Easton Dermatology Associates, a leading dermatology practice in Easton, Maryland, that serves residents on the Delmarva Peninsula. Although Dr. Brandon offers medical skin care services to patients of any age, she specializes in pediatric dermatology.
