Dr. Zilberman graduated with his bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. He received his medical degree from Laval University School of Medicine in Quebec City, Canada.
After graduation, he went on to complete both his internship and residency in pediatric medicine at McGill University and the Montreal Children’s Hospital in Montreal, Canada. His fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine took place at the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
Once his fellowship was complete, he relocated to the United States and worked as a pediatric emergency room physician at Sunrise Children’s Hospital in Las Vegas. After 11 years at the hospital, he founded Nevada Pediatric Specialists.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Andrews University in Michigan before pursuing her medical education at Loma Linda University in Southern California, where she completed medical school, residency, and specialized training in neonatal intensive care.
During her time at Loma Linda University, Dr. Hou developed extensive experience in managing critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Her work in neonatal care strengthened her expertise in caring for premature and medically complex infants, reinforcing her deep commitment to providing comprehensive and family-centered care. After years of dedicated practice in Loma Linda, CA, she transitioned to general pediatrics, where she could further support children’s growth and development from infancy through adolescence.
Dr. Hou maintains a strong clinical interest in newborn care and pediatric patients with complex medical histories, ensuring that families receive the guidance and support they need for their child’s health and well-being. She values building trusting relationships with patients and parents, fostering a collaborative approach to pediatric care.

Savannah Fotheringham, MD, FAAP, is a pediatrician serving the Las Vegas community. She provides high quality care to infants, children, and adolescents at Nevada Pediatric Specialists, primarily at its office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dr. Fotheringham is a California native. She received her bachelor’s degree in biological and chemical sciences from Point Loma Nazarene University, CA. She then went on to earn her medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, MI. After graduation, Dr. Fotheringham completed her residency in general pediatrics at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center/Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, OH.
Dr. Fotheringham is a passionate and caring pediatrician who loves building relationships with her patients and families and helping them achieve their health goals. Her medical interests include preventative health and well child care, patient and family education, caring for children with complex medical needs, and child and family advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and being outdoors, trying new foods, and spending time with her friends and family.
