Position: Operations Manager & TMS Therapy Provider
Michele Stoehr, MA, is the Operations Manager and TMS Therapist at Mindful TMS Neurocare Centers. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with minors in Biology and Photography at the University of Wisconsin before attaining a Masters of Arts in Experimental Psychology with a specialization in Neuroscience at Florida Atlantic University. Prior to working at Mindful TMS, Michele honed her skills in psychological and clinical research, advanced statistics, and mental healthcare in various academic labs, at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and in a rehabilitation center offering neurotherapy and neuroimaging (QEEG) to clients recovering from a range of addictions and psychiatric conditions. At Mindful TMS, Michele enjoys having the ability to apply her passion for helping individuals on the road to psychological recovery using cutting-edge technology whose safety and efficacy are backed by clinical research. Moreover, she's happy to be part of a team that genuinely prides itself on clinical transparency and patient advocacy.

William Crevier, MD, is the Medical Director at The Center for Primary Healthcare in Orland Park, Illinois. He has practiced internal medicine and pediatrics for over three deacdes and cares for patients of all ages: from infants through adults. He maintains his board certification in internal medicine.
Dr. Crevier grew up in Vermont. He attended the University of California at Berkeley, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed his residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He’s an advocate for access to care and served as the founding executive director of two Christian community health centers.
Dr. Crevier sincerely enjoys getting to know his patients. He gives each and every patient the time and attention they deserve in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Dr. Crevier maintains his advanced credentials to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in internal medicine.
Dr. Crevier has welcomed his partner, Carol Crevier to join him as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Carol is known by many of the CPHC patients from her time as a nurse and administrator within his practice. Dr. Crevier also frequently has medical students shadow him for a day.
Saron Sine has also joined Dr. Crevier as an intern. She sees patients part time and manages the remote care that CPCH provides. Saron is studying to enter a residency program in July, 2028.
