Dr. Susarla is a board-certified Pediatric Pulmonologist and Pediatric and Adult Sleep Medicine Specialist at Houston Specialty Clinic. He earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed pediatric residency at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. A native of Houston, Dr. Susarla pursued Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship and Sleep Medicine training at Texas Children’s Hospital, a program that is consistently ranked among the best in the nation.

Joshua Rotenberg, MD, is a board-certified pediatric neurologist with unique triple subspecialty certification in epilepsy, brain injury and sleep medicine. He provides high-quality, individualized care for infants, children, and adolescents at Houston Specialty Clinic locations in Houston and Sugar Land, Texas. Dr. Rotenberg earned his undergraduate, graduate, and medical degrees at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Rotenberg received the USAF Health Professions Scholarship and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF in 1991. He stayed at Brown to complete dual degrees: Doctor of Medicine and Master of Medical Science - Community Health. Then, Dr. Rotenberg finished an internship in internal medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital an affiliate of New York University. Called to active duty, he served in the United States Air Force for 10 years. Assigned to a aerospace research he served an operational assignment before returning to training. Dr. Rotenberg completed a full 3 year general pediatrics residency at Wright Patterson AFB and Dayton Children’s Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
Serving in the military, Dr Rotenberg was trained to offer advanced diagnostics and treatment typically reserved for advanced fellows. Dr Rotenberg completed a fellowship in child and adolescent neurology at the Uniformed University of the Health Sciences, Walter Reed AMC, Bethesda National Naval Medical Center, and the NIH. Applying his advanced training in vagal nerve stimulation, ketogenic diet, video eeg, sleep and in chemodenervation, Dr Rotenberg served as the Chief of Pediatric neurology at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center. Vy Ngo, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Rosenberg, Texas. She joined the practice in 2022.
Vy graduated from the University of Houston in Texas in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. She then attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania, obtaining her master’s in physician assistant studies. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Vy worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which piqued her initial interest in the field.

Dr. Sushma Penmetsa, known by her patients as Dr. Pen is a pediatrician with extensive experience in rendering medical care for children from the newborn age up through the age of 18. She completed a pediatric residency program at Harlem Hospital in New York and in UTMB, Galveston.
During her time at the residency in UTMB Dr. Penmetsa received the best Residents Research Award. Dr. Penmetsa enjoys caring for patients and believes in the patient / parent trust in their doctor. Board-certified pediatrician Latresha McBride, MD, treats children of all ages at Calvary Medical Clinic in Cleveland and Humble, Texas. Since beginning her career as a physician in 2001, Dr. McBride has cared for thousands of patients.
After earning her medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, Dr. McBride relocated to Galveston, Texas, to complete her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Agnes Kisch earned her medical degree in 1982 at the Medical School of Debrecen in Hungary and completed her residency in Pediatrics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth). Her medical interests include allergic conditions, asthma, nutrition, development, and healthy living.
Happily married with two adult sons, Dr. Kisch enjoys cultural events and outdoor activities in her spare time.
Dr. Mammen completed her undergraduate education at Villanova University. She then earned her medical degree in 2001 from Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After medical school, she attended the University of Connecticut for her pediatric residency. Dr. Mammen worked in Connecticut for 3 years before moving to Texas in 2007. Her medical interests include breastfeeding, ADHD, and asthma.
Dr. Mammen lives in Katy with her husband Sandeep, a local dentist, and they have three children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and working out.
Dr. Stacey Gallas earned her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She completed her internship at The University of Colorado and her residency at Baylor College of Medicine.
