Dr. Hai completed her medical school and pediatrics residency training in India. She then moved to the United States and pursued post-graduate training in a pediatrics residency program at Michigan State University in East Lansing. She practiced in Michigan for 20 years before moving to Houston to be closer to family.
She has been an advocate for children in her community and loves preventive medicine. Dr. Hai loves her role in taking care of children’s physical and mental health. Her dream is to see her patients excel in school, both academic and other fields. She enjoys mentoring medical students as well. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and believes that learning is a lifelong process.

Vy Ngo, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Rosenberg, Texas. She joined the practice in 2022.
Vy graduated from the University of Houston in Texas in 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences. She then attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania, obtaining her master’s in physician assistant studies. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Vy worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which piqued her initial interest in the field.

Rachel McConnell, MD, is an experienced, board-certified pediatrician at Neighborhood Pediatrics in Shenandoah, Texas. She creates a comfortable, fun setting for kids of all ages in a warm, welcoming environment.
Dr. McConnell earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. She received her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, where she also completed a pediatrics residency. Following medical training, Dr. McConnell obtained her board certification in pediatrics.
She maintains her medical credentials with continuing education to stay up to date with the latest advances in pediatric medicine.

Sharon Lucas, MD, is a highly trained, board-certified pediatrician at Neighborhood Pediatrics in Shenandoah, Texas. As a mother of two children, Dr. Lucas is sympathetic to the needs of the whole family in addition to her pediatric patients. Dr. Sushma Penmetsa, known by her patients as Dr. Pen is a pediatrician with extensive experience in rendering medical care for children from the newborn age up through the age of 18. She completed a pediatric residency program at Harlem Hospital in New York and in UTMB, Galveston.
During her time at the residency in UTMB Dr. Penmetsa received the best Residents Research Award. Dr. Penmetsa enjoys caring for patients and believes in the patient / parent trust in their doctor. She believes in her ability to make a difference in the lives of children and help them lead a happy and healthy life.
