Lesleyann Velilla is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care, urgent care, pediatric acute and chronic care, newborn care, and nursing leadership. Her clinical background includes caring for children across a range of settings and supporting families through preventive, acute, and ongoing healthcare needs.

Velilla earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Pediatric Acute/Chronic Care from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New York University. Her training includes pediatric acute and chronic care experiences at leading children's hospitals and community-based programs. She is certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Acute Care and is proficient in Spanish.

Her professional experience includes pediatric primary care, urgent care, newborn nursery care, and hospital-based pediatric services. She has performed comprehensive assessments, developmental screening, diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, patient and family education, and care coordination. Velilla brings a strong combination of pediatric clinical experience, critical thinking, and family-centered communication to the care of children and adolescents.

Dr. Chartrand Sethi is passionate about helping families of children with developmental and behavioral difficulties understand their child's diagnosis, comprehend how this diagnosis was made, and learn ways to manage the condition in all aspects of the child's life. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Chartrand Sethi completed her residency in pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medical Center. She then pursued fellowship training in developmental-behavioral medical center at Cohen Children's Medical Center-Northwell Health. After fellowship, she worked at Flushing Hospital Medical Center evaluating children with a variety of developmental conditions. She opened her private practice in 2021. Dr. Chartrand Sethi is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in General Pediatrics and Develomental-Behavioral Pediatrics.

David T. Jacobs, MD, DABR, DABVLM, has devoted his medical career to treating venous disease. Based in Rockville Centre, New York, this fellowship-trained, board-certified vein and vascular specialist personally handles all cases at his practice South Shore Vein and Aesthetic Medicine – the only dedicated vein practice on the south shore of Nassau County.

Dr. Milrod has been practicing pediatric neurology for over 20 years. He specializes in the treatment of seizures, headaches, developmental delays, sleep disorders, tics, ADHD, and autism. Dr. Milrod earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University before attending Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency in pediatric neurology at Boston Children's Hospital. He is board certified in neurology and sleep medicine. Dr. Milrod currently has privileges at St. Peter's University Hospital. Enrique Sierra, COTA is a compassionate and team-oriented Occupational Therapy Assistant at HQHT whose decade-plus of clinical experience, bilingual communication skills, and genuine commitment to patient relationships shine through in everything he does.

Enrique joined HQHT with over 10 years of experience providing skilled occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric populations across a variety of clinical settings. His career has taken him from outpatient orthopedic clinics to home care to state-level mental health facilities, giving him a uniquely broad and well-rounded perspective on patient care.

He earned his Associate in Science in Occupational Therapy from Keiser University in Orlando, Florida, where he built the clinical foundation that has guided his career ever since.

Enrique's experience spans an impressive range of settings and populations. He has worked with the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Preferred Therapy Solutions, Patient Care/Almost Family Home Care, and Orthopedic Associates of Stamford/WestMed, among others. He is highly skilled in senior care, dementia care, physical agent modalities, and lymphedema management, and holds a specialized certification as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, a credential he pursued through continuing education to expand the therapeutic options available to his patients.

About Aditi Malhotra Yadav, MD, FSVM, DABVLM, DABVM, RPVI

Dr. Malhotra Yadav specializes in the comprehensive and compassionate care of patients suffering from vascular disease. Her clinical expertise focuses on the skillful diagnosis and treatment of venous insufficiency and varicose veins.

Dr. Malhotra Yadav is fellowship trained and triple board certified with the American Board of Vascular Medicine, American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, and Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation.

Additionally, she serves as a Subject Matter Expert for board exam development. Passionate about education, Dr. Malhotra Yadav has given numerous faculty lectures about venous disease at national medical conferences. Due to her dedication to teaching, upon nomination, she served as Chief Resident at Stony Brook University Hospital and was awarded Teacher of the Year Award.

She graduated Albany Medical College's Physician-Scientist Program with a Distinction in Research and has published significant clinical research focused on cardiovascular medicine and imaging.

Arthur "Jay" Dobos, MD, FAAP, is a highly skilled pediatrician providing excellent care to patients at the Center for Advanced Pediatrics with offices in Norwalk and Darien, Connecticut. He has been a lifelong resident of Connecticut and joined the practice in November 1995. 

Dr. Dobos attended the University of Connecticut in Mansfield, Connecticut, receiving his Bachelor of Science in pharmacy in 1986. He obtained his master's degree from the University of Connecticut Medical Center in Farmington, Connecticut. 

Dr. Dobos completed his pediatric residency training at New York Medical College/Westchester County Medical Center and served as a chief pediatric resident. 

When he began his career at the Center for Advanced Pediatrics, he worked part-time while completing his fellowship training in developmental and behavioral pediatrics at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and board-certified in general pediatrics and developmental and behavioral pediatrics.

Dr. Dobos resides in Wilton, Connecticut, with his wife and three boys. If he's not in the office, you can find him at the local hockey rink, playing or watching his boys.

He currently serves as the medical director of the Robert B. Appleby School-Based Health Clinics at the three high schools in Norwalk. Each spring, he and his wife teach disability awareness, safety and anatomy classes, and first aid at some local elementary schools.

Kiley Carbone, APRN is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner bringing her expertise and passion for pediatric care to the Center for Advanced Pediatrics. With a rich educational background and a genuine love for working with children, Kiley is committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to families in the community.
 
Originally from Flemington, New Jersey, Kiley pursued her undergraduate studies at Penn State University. Graduating with distinction in May 2019, she then chose to further her education at Yale School of Nursing. It was there that she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree. While enrolled at Yale, Kiley worked as a Registered Nurse at Yale Health and also spent a summer working as a camp nurse. 
 
Since joining the Center for Advanced Pediatrics in 2022, Kiley has become an integral part of the team, offering compassionate and comprehensive care to patients of all ages, from newborns to young adults. 
 
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kiley finds joy in spending quality time with her fiance, John, and their beloved dog, Sky. Whether it's watching the New York Yankees or the Minnesota Vikings beat their opponents, exploring the outdoors, indulging in the Norwalk food scene, or simply enjoying each other's company at home, Kiley cherishes these moments dearly.
