She received her Bachelor of Arts in math and economics from Fordham University at Lincoln Center in New York City before completing her Doctor of Medicine at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University College of Medicine in New York City. She flourished in her pediatric residency and internship at Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. 

Before joining LaSante Health Center, Dr. Joseph proudly worked in the pediatric emergency department at St. Barnabas Hospital in New York City, where she gained experience in emergency care for children. Dr. Joseph is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dexter McKenzie, MD, is an experienced internist and pediatrician serving patients of all ages at LaSante Health Center in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens area of Brooklyn.
